I highly recommend this Workshop to anyone who is interested in Kombucha, its benefits and its making as it has greatly enriched me. Ms Winnie, the instructor, was friendly & knowledgeable.

Winnie is an excellent instructor! She is very passionate about Kombucha making, and clearly knows what she’s talking about. She will take you through the science of Kombucha and why it’s medically so good for you. She will also go into great detail on how you make a great tasting Kombucha. Before this workshop we were huge kombucha drinkers. But we didn’t know until we did this workshop that the kombucha we were drinking wasn’t actual kombucha. I.e. it was sugar free and pasteurised so it didn’t have the health benefits we thought we were getting! So it was super helpful doing the workshop to know what we should be looking out for not only when we make our own brew, but also when we buy it from the shop.
