Yes, definitely! Though it isn't the toughest trek in the Himalaya region, any trek up a mountain should be well prepared for. About 3-4 weeks of training cardio will make your journey up much easier.
Trekking at Nepal will be best during the seasons of spring and autumn, but it can be managed all year round. Trekking to high altitudes should be done during the summertime or September-November and March-May but the trekking at the low lands can be done throughout the year.
As the peak of the Mardi Himal Trek is not very high, the trek is safe for all months.
At the moment, there is only one option category available.
If you would like to stay in the Pokhara area to explore the city after your trek, do let the operator know! Some interesting activities include boat rides along Lake Phewa, white water rafting, and visiting bat caves. Otherwise, you will be driven back to Kathmandu after your descent and you can explore the city there.
Please ensure you purchase insurance from your home countries as Nepalese insurance does not cover mountain rescue in case of emergencies. We suggest looking for insurance that covers mountain rescues up to 5500m.
