Is Merapi closed due to COVID-19?
Merapi has been closed in an effort to stem the spread of COVID-19. The proposed re-opening date is May 30th. During this time period, no tours to Merapi will be allowed.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates if the opening date were to change.
