What you should know

How do I get there?

Take a private hire to Nedumbassery. This will take 10 minutes and costs USD3-5. From Nedumbassery, take a 45-minute bus ride to Ernakulum. This will cost USD1-2. At Ernakulam, make a transfer and hop on a 1.5 hours bus ride to Munnar. This costs USD3-5.

Alternatively, you can take a private hire to Munnar directly. This will take 3 hours and costs USD35-45.

Do I need to go with a guide?

Yes, you will need a guide to take you around.

Do I need to train up?

Some light training will make trekking easier! However, the options offered are fit for beginners as well.
