Ba Na Hills, former French Hill Station, was where the French went to beat the heat. Even now it's a great spot to get a bit of cooler weather as well as see some French inspired architecture and take part in some fun amusements such as riding the world's longest cable car.

Here you can enjoy the cooler weather and check out some attractions popular with the locals like the Golden Bridge, the world's longest cable car and tour around the area with lots of French colonial buildings.

To avoid the rainy season and enjoy all that Ba Na Hills have to offer, you should go in the spring or summer. If you are not a fan of crowds you should avoid the summer months of June-August.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, and helped us take many photos. She also accommodated our needs on our private tour, such as suggesting for my mother to take a rest while me and my brother took the trail on the marble mountain. She also shared many information tidbits and fun facts on our journey in between places. Overall it was a very pleasant tour and at a great price too. Would recommend to everyone, we had a great time despite the weather being less than ideal. Thank you!

Tommy Dao Tours is co-owned by Mr. Xuan Trung Dao aka Tommy. He was born in a small village in Tinh Minh commune, Quang Nai. After graduating from High School, he went on to study English and tourism at Da Lat University from 1996 to 2000.
 He later moved to Saigon to teach English and returned to Hoi An in 2005 to start working in the local tourism industry. His experience working in tourism and hospitality in many hotels and 5-star resorts in Hoi An as a customer service manager, prepared him to open his own business. His team consists of friendly, well-qualified, professional and experienced tour guides who will go the extra mile to ensure you have an enjoyable and comfortable trip. Mr. Dao also supports many local charities in Vietnam.
