This 4-day, 3-night road trip through Flores is a unique opportunity to experience the natural beauty and cultural diversity of the island. You will visit traditional villages, see stunning rice fields, and hike to the top of Kelimutu, a volcano with three crater lakes of different colors.What to ExpectOn day one, you will drive from Labuan Bajo to Ruteng, the capital of Manggarai Regency. In Ruteng, you will visit the traditional house of Ruteng Pu'u, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will also visit the Cancar village to see the spiderweb rice field, a unique agricultural practice that is unique to Flores.On day two, you will drive to the Bena village, a traditional village of the Bajawa people. You will also visit the Boawae village, the King village, and the Nangapenda beach, a beach with black sand and blue stones.On day three, you will hike to the top of Kelimutu, a volcano with three crater lakes of different colors. The lakes are said to change color depending on the weather and the time of day.On day four, you will drive to Maumere, the capital of Sikka Regency.

Day 1: Labuhan Bajo – Ruteng – Ranamese lake – Aimere - Bajawa

Visit villages and see the local agricultural practices
- Breakfast in your hotel
- Drive to Ruteng the high land on the slope of mt Ranaka.
- Visit the village and observe the agriculture of the Melo village.
- Continue to Canacar village to see the spider rice field
- Drive to Ruteng for lunch
- Visit Ruteng Puu, a traditional house
- Drive to Ranamese Lake
- Continue to Aimere to see the local processing area of local people
- Overnight in Bajawa
Day 2: Bajawa – Bena – Boawae - Nangapenda - Moni

Visit the villages today and the Blue Stone beach
- Breakfast at your hotel.
- Visit the Bena village where the traditional houses of the Bajawa people are.
- Drive to Boawae to see the King village
- Lunch
- Drive to Nangapenda to see the Blue Stone beach
- Overnight in hotel and dinner
Day 3: Moni – Kelimutu – Sika Lela

Hike the Kelimutu Hill to see the three-colour lake
- Early morning drive to Kelimutu
- Check-in at Kelimutu National Park office
- Short walk to the top of Kelimutu Lake
- Back to the hotel for breakfast
- Drive to Sika Lela to see the old Portuguese church
- Dinner and overnight in Maumere
