The Sokaraja Liveaboard offers a unique four-day, three-night experience in Komodo National Park, Indonesia, that combines diving and trekking to see the famous Komodo Dragons. This is a really comprehensive experience where you'll get to explore a variety of dive sites (including challenging ones in North Komodo!), trek to see wild Komodo dragons, watch the migration of thousands of bats at sunset, and also do night dives! Your dive guide, Luca, is a professional divemaster with extensive knowledge of the dive sites and the tides and currents, ensuring a safe and enjoyable diving experience. The Sokaraja Liveaboard is also community-based, reef-safe, litter-free, and wildlife-safe, providing guests with a responsible and sustainable travel experience. Please note if you want to get rental equipment you would need to go direct to the supplier once booking is made.What to expect The trip accommodates up to ten guests and includes 12 dives with a professional dive guide, meals, snorkeling equipment, hotel in Labuan Bajo, and crew gratuities. You will have a safe 4:1 diver to dive master ratio. Day 1: Enjoy vibrant corals, watch the migration of hundreds of bats at sunset, and experience a night dive in Wainilu, a muck dive spot with rare camouflaged critters.Day 2: Trek to see wild Komodo dragons and dive at Turtle City and Siaba Kecil, where green and hawksbill turtles and manta rays are common sightings.Day 3: Dive at Batu Bolong and Manta Point, popular sites to see stunning hard corals, a huge population of manta rays up to 7m wide, and even dolphins if you're lucky.Day 4: Explore exciting marine life at Crystal Rock and Castle Rock, with chances to spot reef sharks, pygmy seahorses, leaf fish, and lady bug amphipodImportant notesCertified Divers Only: This liveaboard dive package is designed for certified divers who have completed their training and have a diving certification from a recognized organization.Dive Locations May Change: The dive locations for the dives will depend on weather conditions, and may change for safety reasons.Suitable for All-Level Divers: The experience is suitable for all-level divers, and your professional divemasters will provide expert guidance to ensure that divers are comfortable and safe during the dives.

Sokaraja is owned by Luca, a divemaster who knows when, where and how to get the most from each dive site in Komodo National Park. Divers from beginner divers to advanced divers have commented on Luca's extraordinary patience and skill as a divemaster and guide. Luca knows all the tides and currents of the dive sites, and will take good care to plan your dives at the times and spots best suited for your personal level of experience. His crew are also friendly and professional, and they also cook yummy food (including yummy Vegetarian food) on board!
