This is a modern comfortable bus with reclining seats, AC and wifi. The bus will depart from the Hanoi bus office at 7:00 am or 10:00 pm - Arrives at Sapa at 1:00pm or 4:00am, but you can stay on the bus to sleep or relax until 6am. These eco buses have reclining seats which allow all passengers to lie back and relax. The bus makes 2 stops on the way for food and washroom. Luggage allowance is 20 kg bag/luggage plus 7 kg hand luggage.On the day of your trip please arrive 30 minutes before departure and state your name to the staff outside the bus or the driver, they will cross check your booking and provide you with a physical ticket. Have your booking confirmation on hand just in case.Lower-berth add-on: If you prefer to sleep on the lower bunk, do choose the lower berth add-on.

Hi Nic, only kids under 5 years old are allowed to sit together with parents :)
I plan to book 1 single cabin of sleeper bus Hanoi to Sapa on 8 Mar/Wed/2200. But how about return booking 9Mar/Thurs/2200 ? I don’t see this return booking in your web page, kindly advise, Thks
