Re-create Slow Green's signature Nature Landscape Serissa Japonica and ficus ginseng share the commonality of having long, elaborate and resilient roots structure. The roots are hardy enough that you can experiment with shaping its structure to create the landscape of your aesthetics. We will share thoughts on our own aesthetic styles, share knowledge re basic bonsai caring and give tips on soil compositions. And we will guide you through the process as you make your own piece. The pictures are the past pieces of the 'Slow Hill' and 'Jade' series that we had done in the past, they are for illustration purposes. By all means, you don't have to follow their style, the goal of the workshop is we will show you the basic techniques, and we encourage you to create based on your own aesthetics. What will you create? We will be re-creating either one of Slow Green's early signature designs - 'Slow Hill' or 'Jade'. You can choose on the spot what type of tree and what particular one to use in your work'Slow Hill' features live serissa japonica tree, 'Jade' features live ficus ginseng tree Materials and tools: all provided, including: wood slate stone; green royal stone; solhofen stone base; fresh Netherlands ball moss; fittonia; pebbles, etc. When & Where ?When: shown in the option Duration: 2.5 hours (0.5 hour explanation + 2.0 hours guided hands-on)Where: 406B Joo Chiat Road Pax: limited to a max of 4 people; One attending group is limited to 2 people, as we aim to create a small immersive environment for the attendeesWhat is the cost ?SGD 109 PER PIECE. 2 people can work on the same piece at the same time - there is another cost of SGD 59 for the 2nd person if 2 people work on the same piece.The number includes the material costsIf 2 attendees decide to work on a total of 2 pieces, please top up during the workshop.For adults and kids above 8 years old Can I cancel or reschedule?We will simply provide a full refund, or reschedule your session to another date, if you cancel or change the date, prior to 12 hours before the start of the workshopRegrettably, we will only be able to provide a 50% refund, if you cancel or change the date within 12 hours before the start of the workshop
