Details
You might be familiar with art jamming using acrylic paint but have you tried using oil paint? Oil painting has been the most common technique for artistic painting on wood panels or canvas for several centuries, spreading from Europe to the rest of the world. The advantages of oil for painting include greater flexibility, richer and denser colour, the use of layers, and a wider range from light to dark. Participants will have a trial on oil painting and get their first hands-on experience with this age-old medium. All materials (paints, brushes, canvases) are provided. You are welcome to bring your own material or photo as reference for painting.Class size: Min. 2 pax, Maximum of 5 pax.Who can join?This class is suitable for beginners or those with little or no experience.Our AcademyOur humble abode lies along the city fringe in historical Chinatown, tucked between quaint shophouses and framed by skyscrapers in the background. Just a 5 minutes walk from Outram Park / Chinatown MRT, we hope our studio can be a respite from your busy schedule.
