We really enjoyed our class with Chef Shalu, who welcomed us into her beautiful home for a class on Mexican cuisine. She also gave a lot of tips like how to sauté and how to cut ingredients safely, which we appreciated. She also explained how she used nutritional yeast and oat milk to make a cheese substitute, which was something really cool to us. It was a fun and informative class, and of course the vegan dishes were amazing.

Recommend for small class during covid there r max 5 students per time. I got to learn how to cook 3 dishes. Well explained. Even if I have been cooking for sometimes but I got to learn new things from the teacher. Nice home cooking studio.
