Itinerary: Banyuwangi-Ijen-Banyuwangi
Banyuwangi-Ijen-Banyuwangi

You will trek to the rim of the Ijen crater and enjoy the beautiful view of the turquoise lake!

  • Drive to Paltuding (Ijen’s parking lot)
  • Commence the trek, along the way up to Ijen’s summit, you will find many locals who work as sulfur miners.
  • 05.00 a.m Reach the summit and enjoy the view of the beautiful acidic lake.
  • 08.30 a.m Leave Paltuding, and head back to Banyuwangi
  • Along the way, you may stop at some agricultural plantation e.g rubber, coffee and clove or Jagir waterfall for some good swim.
  • 10 a.m drop at your hotel in Banyuwangi or Ketapang harbor (estimated)
