One of the highlight of my trip in Indonesia. If you're in Labuan Bajo, this is a MUST. Diving in Komodo national park is one of the best experience in the world. And Manta Rhei's team and boat are absolutely amazing. Very nice people, very profesional and friendly. Equipments are perfect and secure. I've got my Open Water Diver certification with them and it was one of the best experience of my life so far. We saw giant turtles, Mantas and sharks, along side many corals and fishes! Honestly i couldn't recommend more to dive with Manta Rhei Dive Center in Labuan Bajo. Just go for it!

I have more than 200dives, I am very choosy and demanding as I knew what I want - but MantaRhei Dive center exceeded my expectations! Very good communication in advance; very nice support before/during/after diving - no issue at all. Although they do not dive on Sunday they managed the diving with partner dive center. Vero is very responsive in the office, Michelle and her 6th sense for dive sites and the currents, all divemasters very careful. I was diving 4days on daily trip boat as well as 4D/3N liveabroad and my feedback is clear - I have to return to dive with MantaRhei again, to try central/south area in wet season. Dear MantaRhei team - see you again in Labuan Bajo!

We saw the high ranking on trip advisor and went to ask if they did snorkeling. The price is about 40% higher than an operator we checked with a few shops away but we decided to give it a try as the reviews were all very good. We tried the Aquarium itinerary first. first surprise was such a big, beautiful boat, superbly equipped. brand spanking new too. Then pastries, fresh juice, coffee for breakfast, snacks between dives/ snorkel, then lunch of salad, vegetables, chicken soup, rice. then more cakes, waffles after the last dive / snorkel. Real attention to detail. The best part was how professional they were. we only snorkeled but they had 2 guides, with safety floats in case we got in trouble, the whole time with us. they were right next to us in the water the whole time. Pointing out if they say a turtle, manta, eel etc, helping us with the wetsuits, etc, just amazing service. And each time before we went into the water, we got a briefing, with an illustration, of how deep the water was, the contour of the area, what we could see etc of the island we were snorkeling in. Usually only divers get this, and not all dive boats give it. Basically it was so damn good we signed up for another trip straight away for another itinerary. You may pay 40% more but what you get is 1000% better. and we know coz we went with another operator the previous day to Padar, Komodo etc that we thought was very good, but Manta Rhei was totally another level. We signed up for the Jurassic itinerary for the next trip. Service was just as good, lunch was delicious..spaghetti bolognese and salad, we saw 25 Mantas at Makassar Reef, lots of colourful fish at Sebayur although the corals were mostly dead. Hike at Rinca was non eventful but saw 8 or 9 Komodo Dragons and lots of deer, monkey and buffaloes. Would HIGHLY recommend Manta Rhei as best operator we have ever experienced in Vietnam, Philipines, Indonesia, Malaysia..in fact, anywhere we have ever snorkeled Keep it up.

Very professional, friendly & speak perfect English. Great gear and diveinstructors who want to give you the best dive-experience possible in Komodo. I did the advanced course with Indi en he was really good. Great explanations about the different dives, the theory and the divesites in komodo. They have an amazing boat aswell with great food which makes the divetrip so much better because you spend a lot of hours on the boat. definitely go with manta rhei, highly recommended!

we had an awesome day with Manta Rhei. Very professional instructors, good and clear practices before doing the real stuff. the 3 dives we did were great! We saw turtles, sharks, lion fish, eels, puffer fish octopuses, and the majestic manta rays! but, what also made the day was the boat, complete with sun deck, drinks, food and a lot of fun and laughter with friends! I would recommend this dive center to everyone coming to Labuan Bajo, whether you are a complete newbie like me, or an experienced diver like others of our group who shared the same vision.
