You will start the day with a delicious healthy meal after waking up in our comfortable bungalow accommodation. You will then spend the day practicing daily yoga, pranayama, and meditation. By joining this retreat, you are also supporting the community to grow. There will be a live music performance and live painting present by Parahita Community, with whom you will have a memorable experience.

Parahita Kampung Ubud was created by its founder for the purpose of uniting the community and giving back to others (Karma Yoga). Located in the heart of Ubud, the cultural centre of Bali, Parahita Kampung Ubud is a full-service accommodation, yoga studio and affordable healing retreat in Ubud. Launched in 2004, Parahita Kampung Ubud buildings have an authentic and vintage Balinese bungalow style. Their teachers are Balinese and local teachers who have practised spirituality for many years who can help broaden your understanding of spirituality through eastern philosophy.
