Guess what The Ritz-Carlton, Park Bench Deli, Shangri La, The Community Cafe, Sago House, Kult Yard, have in common? They all have vessels from Dirty Hands Only! 😎 This is the perfect introductory pottery making class if you would like to learn unique pottery appreciated in cool spaces and luxury establishments alikeWhat to ExpectWhat's really special about a session at Dirty Hands is not just how great an instructor Tiff is, their glazing style is also incredibly unique and beautiful. After they glaze your pieces for you, your pieces will look like they were purchased from a fancy ceramics boutique. This is a 2-hour introduction to ceramics that teaches you the 2 main pottery techniques: hand-building and wheel-throwing. Learn the basics of coil, slab and pinch construction in hand building and then we’ll take you through the process of throwing and shaping on the wheel. You will get to keep 2 of your vessels at the end of the session ( (1 hand-building vessel and 1 wheel-thrown vessel). The collection of pieces will be in about 1.5 - 2 months due to firing and glazing time. The instructor will confirm the collection date with you after your session. NoteDirty Hands Only has time slots available from Tuesday to Sunday each week. Check the available dates and time slots via the booking form above.Wear light clothing as it is an outdoor (rooftop garden) studio. It’s sheltered and there are large fans around. Suitable for children aged 7 and above. Children aged 7 require parental supervision.Getting there:At the main entrance of Emily's residence #08-04, pass the security guard and walk down to the carpark and turn right. Take the lift to the 8th floor, you’ll see a dirty hands sign to the stairwell, go up the stairwell and you’ll find us. *DO NOT go to Parc Emily, it’s the condo right beside and sometimes people mistake it for Emily residence.

Dirty Hands started as an escape from the dailies, call it another form and expression of art, aside from the founder's profession as a graphic designer. A quiet place to not think, really.
Dirty Hand's vessels have found home to:
Idlewild - Intercontinental Hotel Bugis, Ritz Carlton - Chihuly Lounge,
Shangri La, Singapore, MO BAR at Mandarin Oriental, Three Drunk Pigs,
The Nomads Singapore.
