This is a great choice for those visiting northern Vietnam for a short period and looking to see as much as possible. This two day trip starts with a pick up from your hotel in Ha Noi Old Quarter and takes you to experience Hao Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, climb Mua Cave and go down the Ngo Dong River in Tom Coc. The next day you will take a day cruise on Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.What to Expect After your pick up, on the first day you will head to Ninh Binh, which is a small city on the Red River Delta and the start of many of the points of interest. From there you will visit Hao Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam filled with historic temples; Mua Cave, an impressive mountain which must be scaled via 500 steps, offering beautiful views of Tom Coc, which is where you will go to next to experience a boat ride down the river which is surrounded by vast expanse of rice paddy fields and limestone karts. On the last day you will head to Halong Bay where you will have a 6 hour cruise to take in the views as well as enjoy swimming, kayaking and climbing to the top of Titop Island.
