We did the Muong Hoa Trek. The communication prior to the trek was excellent; the email responses were quick and the staff answered many questions I had about the trek, payment options, and train options. It was so nice to be able to shower and regroup after the overnight train/before the start of our trek, and the lockers had more than enough room to store our belongings during the trek. Our guide Hu was amazing. He answered all of our questions and we shared quite a few laughs over the 3 days spent together. He made sure we were comfortable during our trek and even went out of his way to make my husband ginger tea when he wasn't feeling well. The trek itself was amazing, with breathtaking views and various terrains. Our homestays were kind and accommodating. We learned so much about the Hmong minority, as well as the history and traditions in the villages we visited. Thank you Hu and Sapa O'Chau for making our experience so unforgettable!

We didn't have any trouble with any of the booking and as we arrived in the early morning from our flight, we were able to leave our bags in the office in Hanio safe and sound. We spent the day walking around the old quarter and before we were to get a taxi from the office to the train station we were able to have a quick shower to freshen up. The women in the office were fantastic and very helpful. We were very appreciative of all the help and great service

Magnificent experience, impeccable organization and welcome above all expectations. It was great to get in touch with this organization that supports ethnic minorities and helps people find an employment. As far as I'm concerned I chose trekking with may of the red dao minority Spending two days walking through the paddies and the night with her and her beautiful family was truly a precious gift. Plus we couldn't happen with better travel companions than Luca, Sara, Anto, Francesca and Simone. Thank you all.

Great experience. Very professional organization (from the online contact to the direct support in Hanoi and Sapa) We did the Red Dao trekking and appreciated a lot our guide, Chao San May, for her competence and friendliness. She showed us the different locall cultures, their way of living and met all our requests. Also the homestay at her home was a unique experience: a great welcome from her family, a wonderful erbal bath, excellent food and a clean and cozy room.THANKS!
