Boat DetailsThis is a 3D2N weekday staycation charter on Dakota, a large 47ft modern, luxurious catamaran that fits 10 guests. You may personalise your sailing route based on the recommendation provided by the Captain before departure. You will check-in at 3pm on the first day and check out at 10am on the final day. *This option is only available on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) and weekend requests are to be arranged separately at a different cost. Extension to 6pm on final day is possible in add-ons.The yacht is fitted with all of the latest comfort, safety and entertainment set up for pure enjoyment on the water. You’ll love the huge open-plan cockpit and the expansive decks that make a sublime retreat for relaxing and taking in the spectacular surroundings. There’s a microwave with convection heating at the galley, 4 burner gas stove, fridge, freezer and fresh water drinking tap and BBQ. SY Dakota supplies all the cutlery for you (so no need to bring cutlery or paper plates or cups) and has a large cooler box with complimentary ice for your drinks. Dakota also has an ice machine on board and complimentary drinking water. Meal OptionsOption A: You enjoy the tasty Dakota menu, which we specialize in and will have on board, and cook up for you and provide our wonderful meal service to you.Option B: You can bring your own food and cook it onboard. Our crew will assist you in cooking and helping with the kitchen appliances.Option C: You can choose your own catering company and get all food made and frozen, and we will heat this up according to the catering company instructions.Option D: We will use our catering company and include the catering for the trip and supply you with menus and options and coordinate it, we will charge you the food extra based on the catering cost.SY Dakota’s 4 double room cabins are very comfortable, each with a large window that opens to let in the breeze. Each double room cabin also has a slatted bed for extra comfort, storage and an ensuite bathroom. Full AC runs through all cabins and the saloon. *Some beds may be needed by skipper and crew depending on your crewing and manning requirements.SY Dakota has a large projector and screen for movie nights up at the bow under the stars and on the bean bags or have the projector set up down the back at the stern of the boat for that more serious work retreat presentation you need to give.SY Dakota has a state of the art Bose sound system and has Karaoke installed and 2 microphones for many fun times and laughs singing along with your friends to your favourite tunes.Wet Weather PolicyRegardless of the weather, you may be asked to proceed to the starting point in the event that the weather clears up. In case of light drizzle, the yacht will still set sail. In case of heavy rain or otherwise dangerous conditions, the yacht sail will be delayed. If it is not possible to proceed even after a brief waiting period (up to 30 minutes), the charter will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date and time. Kindly note, captain holds the final decision on whether it is possible to proceed.
