It was already the 3rd time we booked day trips with Bali Yowana Tour. Agus is a super sympathetic guy, speaking very good English and is fully flexible on tours. We could always tell him what kind of places we want to visit and he also gave his suggestions and additional input. We had great chats with him, not only about sight seeing spots but also about life style of Balinese people and many other topics. So we never felt like just any standard number of tourists to be taken around but more like going around with a friend. This made our trips outstanding at all times. Besides this Agus is a very safe driver and he knows short cuts when streets are crowded. We can highly recommend to decide for Bali Yowana Tour for a day day trip. Agus is the best guide ever . We’re lucky that we could have such an amazing trip thankfully to him . It was our first time in Bali, he showed us a lot of places , gave us a tips for not tourist spots and wrote for us more thinks to do . Amazing communication , best service. His brother Susila is lit, they just so good guys. If you come to Bali, you should use his services .

My trip to Bali was one that I will never forget. I traveled solo with the expectation of some hiccup but can honestly say I didn't have one. I am going to definitely miss this beautiful place and my amazing, funny, very polite, extremely knowledgeable driver and as he would say "professional photographer also "Ketut Agus". By the way he take the best pictures ever! Agus was referred to me by a friend that spent some time in Bali. He was excellent, always on time, very patients, and thought he was a comedian, ok, he was very funny. He kept me laughing on the way to and from the tours. The traffic is horrible, very crowded but we didn't notice because of the great stories he told me of Bali and all the history. Not once did he lose focus or that big smile, not one complaint he gave. He looked after me as if he already knew me and I was a friend, made sure no one took advantage of me or my money (the money was very confusing to me). When I was on my tours he waited for me patiently, never left or rushed me, always made sure I had what i needed and if I didn't he made sure I got it in time. The hospitality was one I never experience, nor will forget. I want to bring my son back next year and Agus will be definitely be the first person to contact. Thank Agus for making this my best SOLO adventure ever!

We are a family of 19 and we hired 3 vans for 3 days for private tours around bali. The 3 drivers we had, agus , yogi and puto ( not sure if i spelled them right), are the nicest guys ever. Everyone in the family got nothing but nice words for them. Will surely hire them again if ever we are back in bali and will surely recommend their services to family and friends.
