This resort is in a real town/village about 45 mins from the ferry. The rooms are clean and beds vey comfortable . There is an outside veranda. The rooms face each other down a path which is lit by fairy lights at night . The resort is on a lagoon where you can either row a boat or walk to the beach.Further down the beach is a resort with shade( trees) which didnt seem to object to visitors., The food was very good but breakfast was an add on choosing from the menu. We like the garden and sitting area but thought it was spoiled by dog poo. The dogs were also very noisy one night waking us up. However the staff were very good and helped organise a trip and taxi to the ferry.

Nice atmosphere and good coverage of amenities. Lots of dogs on premise that are friendly. Biggest issue we had was with motor bike rentals, our bike broke down multiple times and they refused to swap it out. The owner is a bit thorny to deal with so watch out if you are confrontational.

Rooms are okay but the front of house staff are pretty terrible. Our transfer from the airport was 2.5 hours late, after they said it would be at the airport on arrival. We rented a bike that was a real deathtrap (we regularly ride bikes where we live in Huế, so we know Vietnamese standards, and this was bad) and asked to change. They said we could change but didn't offer a new bike and said 'it's fine'. I probably wouldn't recommend staying here, it's alright for the cash but better places around if you have a look!

It's great value on a quite part of the island. One downside is the location of you are not willing to ride a bike or take a taxi to everywhere. There is one nice beach though which is walkable at 40mins. Our hut a little problem with draining after showers. Rooms are airy and clean though. The breakfast and food is generally good. Only the manager seems to be competent at English but all the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a social place with a good vibe. We love the dogs which belong to the lodge. If you don't like dogs this is not a place for you to stay.

This resort has a scenic view of the ocean and a pond to be explored. The cafe is well equipped and menu has sufficient choices. Rooms are clean and big. The location is quite far from city centre. The lodge truly honours the name as most times there is no hot water! They do not provide exchange services.
