There is a 30-minute grace period. After the 30-min mark, if the customer did not show up, the class would be forfeited, and there shall be no refund.
Our current measures serve as important safeguard to protect our staffs and clients.
If tested positive to COVID, customers are allowed to reschedule up to twelve days (12) days prior to schedule class with proof from MOH. No rescheduling fee.
No rebooking allowed without proof from MOH.
We require ART test proof within 24h before commencing of class.
