Day 1: Surabaya - Banyuwangi
Today you will be picked up from Surabaya city
- The driver will pick you up from your hotel in Surabaya or Train Station or Surabaya Airport in the morning then drive you to Banyuwangi Regency. ( approximately 7 hours drive)
- Arrive in Banyuwangi & check-in to Ketapang Indah hotel
- Time at leisure
Day 2: Banyuwangi - Ijen - Surabaya
You will be trekking to Ijen to see the blue fire
- 01:00 AM (early morning), Go go to the village of Licin on 4WD vehicle (Jeep) and then continue to the slopes of Mount Ijen
- Arrive at the parking area of Ijen.
- Commence trekking to the summit of Ijen Crater, along the path, enjoy the stunning natural scenery & fresh air.
- Resting on the edge of the crater at an altitude of 2883 meters, enjoy the best panorama of the lake of sulphate which reflects spectacular views in the surrounding walls to give the impression like doom.
- Descend the slope of Mount Ijen until the parking area
- Return to the hotel
- Enjoy your breakfast in the hotel
- Later, drive back to Surabaya.
