You'll also be designing your own essential oil blend and to use while you are stressed, or anytime you're in need to calm down and relax.This workshop also includes breathing and stretching exercises designed for easy performance in a work environment to encourage Nenä’s 4 pillars of relaxation, focus, creativity & energy.
