Please note, additional charges apply for late departures and extra days in Sapa.What to expectDeparture time from Hanoi is flexible; latest departure from Sapa the next day is at 2PM, however you can depart later at an extra charge (VND 1,000,000). The journey takes approximately 5.5 hours one way. You can make stops along the way as you require them. If you wish to stay in Sapa extra days, you can choose the extra day add-on in the booking form.The vehicle provided will depend on your group size:1-3 passengers: Toyota Xpander or similar4-6 passengers: Land Cruiser, Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Innova or similar7-12 passengers: Ford Transit van or similar13-20 passengers: Huyndai County bus or similar

I am sure I am being a bit slow but I am unsure of the add ons regarding trip to Sa Pa. What we are looking for is out on the 19th April during the morning, pick up from accommodation in Hanoi to home stay in SaPa Then collection late evening for an over night trip to the airport in Hanoi for an early morning flight

Hi Peter, no worries at all! When making a booking, please include these details under "additional notes" for our host. This is a 2 days, 1 night Hanoi-Sapa car charter. If you choose this experience on April 19th: Without add-on, your trip is from the 19th to the 20th of April. With the add-on, your trip extends from the 19th to the 21st of April. Hope this clarifies your question :)
