This is a private 1-hour online workshop where participants will be guided through a mindful rest practice, focused on deep rest and recovery, and reducing stress. Great for teams looking to re-charge and re-connect meaningfully. Group size: 20-100 persons. What to Expect This online workshop combines theory and the experience of rest. The seven types of rest and their benefits will be introduced, and common misconceptions about rest will be clarified. Participants will then be guided through a mindful rest practice that provides them with a first-hand experience of selected types of rest. This workshop is uniquely crafted to focus on deep rest and recovery, stress reductions and emotional uplifts.The experience may include exercises such as progressive body relaxation, conscious breathwork, imagery exercises, mindful movements and more. The workshop is suitable for anyone, no prior experience or knowledge is required.Customization and special curationProgrammes are always customisable to suit your needs. What to Prepare at Home *Please make sure you have a good internet connection on your electronic devices.*Join the call in a quiet space, you can choose to lay down on a yoga mat/ couch/ armchair during the session.Video Conferencing Platform*The operator is able to host sessions via Zoom. Invitation to join the session will be provided closer to the date of the event.*If your organisation uses a different platform (MicrosoftTeams or Google Meet), the operator is able to join with an invitation from you.
