It’s required good fitness. We were bitting off than more than we can chew. We come from sea level and to hike 6 hours up to 1000s feet in elevation (oxygen deprivation) required a lot if break time for us and the guide always patiently wait for us. We had to take the cable car back down since we would not make it otherwise.

It was the most beautiful Trekking Tour we had so far with our lovely guide khai !!! He showed us some tracks and spots where not many tourists were. Khai spoke english very well and answered us every questions we had. We can highly recommend him!

We did a 3 night 4 day bike tour completing the extreme Northern Loop, then did a 1 day tour on bike and foot around the out skirts if Sapa and to Khais village. Khai was so informative, always answered my questions and showed us the most amazing scenery. I don't think you could get a better guide if you tried. Khai has created lifelong memories for us.

Khai was my trekking guide for two days from Sa Pa to Lao Chai and the villages around. I had the best time doing this trek tour as he is not only a great teacher armed with a lot of patient but also very fun. He allowed us to connect with his family and the people from his village which was a very unique experience. The road we took was magical, in between the never ending rice fields. I highly recommend Khai and his trekking tour if you spent some time in Sa Pa !
