We went on the 2 Days/1 night cruise with garden Bay arranged by our travelling company. The impression of the crew, food and planned tours was great as everything was well planned and the nature was truly breathtaking. Our personal guide Le was by far one of the best guides we've ever had the pleasure to meet and er can only recommend him. If there was one small thing that did not work out so well, it would be the not really functioning internet. Besides that, everything clapped!

We went 2 days 1 night with Garden Bay Legend 2. Picked up by Mr. Lee, but Mr. Hoang, the cruise manager was the host. I really wanna say thanks to all staff there. They are friendly, helpful, especially prepared food for my 11- month son. Activities were fun. My little boy enjoyed a lots.
The room is clean with sea view.
Hope to have chance visit you guys again.
Thank you very much
The Halong Bay is a beauty worth visiting. It offers a very serene landscape that takes away your breath.Do some kayaking do get close to the ridges to feel its magnificence. The crew in board are so welcoming and attended to your needs. Lee, the guide spoke clearly and well. He has been most attentive with good humour and very organized. We all had a pleasant trip.
We had an awesome cruise in Halong Bay with Garden Bay cruises.
We felt very comfortable and had a fun time on board and doing the activities around the bay.
Check-in was ok, but troublesome for the kids as their passports needed to be re-verified. But the crew helped to sort it out fast.
Then an amazing lunch was served followed by some cave visiting which was seriously tiring as I was carrying my 3 year old.
After resting in the boat for about 30 mins, we went kayaking and swimming. Awesome.
Later learnt some spring roll making, followed by a bbq dinner and tried some squid fishing.
I had a Long Island tea and my wife had a mojito and both drinks were absolutely nice.
Retired with some local beer on the balcony of our cabin.
In the morning, exhausted from the night before, we skipped the tai-chi. Went for a mini breakfast. After that sailed around a fishing village, the lady rowing the 6 man boat is incredibly talented.
After that a heavy brunch, and now going back to our hotel in Hanoi.
Our guide Lee was super helpful and friendly and he made this trip extra fun.
We went on the 1 night cruise on the lovely Garden Bay 2, 11 bed boat. The rooms were clean and the bathroom is very fancy! The staff were very friendly and accommodated our every need with nothing too small. The pictures on Booking. Com was of a different boat but ours was still nice.
The itinerary was perfectly timed, you could skip things if you wanted but we loved every stage of our cruise. The food was delicious so compliments to the chef.
We had a small problem with our room as we had a leak from when the AC had been cleaned but Lee (tour guide) and Nghia (cruise manager) swiftly and professionally moved us to another room so it wasn't an issue.
There was a solo traveller who was put on our table for dinner which was a bit uncomfortable as we wanted a romantic meal. But Lee and Nghia listened and quickly and quietly layed another table with no fuss.
Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it.
