Our guide Loan was lovely, lots of information about the cocktails and HoiAn. She felt more like a member of the group more than a guide.
The cocktails were divine and vastly different from one another, same with the small snacks at each stop. Highly recommended.

Great experience, would highly recommend - Dean was a great host and all the bars were amazing!

The experience was fantastic! It started with a brief intro about the origins and production of fish sauce (we learned some fun facts about anchovies!). Then came a blind taste test between mass-produced and premium fish sauces — a great way to notice the difference in taste and aroma. We also tried creative pairings with veggies, spring rolls, ice cream, and even cheese. Jovel shared an interesting perspective: mass-produced fish sauce isn't necessarily bad — its lighter flavor actually pairs well with salads and leaves you feeling less heavy after a meal. We all walked away with new knowledge and a fresh appreciation for just how versatile fish sauce can be.

I loved how relaxed and personalised the experience was! My host, Kevin, was warm and friendly, extremely patient with my incessant questions (even those really amateur ones) despite him being of a professional level. Instructions were clear, broken down into easily digestible bite-sized nuggets of wisdom. I particularly loved the little nooks during our walks which I would not have noticed on my own otherwise. I have definitely learnt a lot about my camera and the basics of street photography, both on the technical side of things and how to view the whole photography experience as a meditative one, learning to slow down and observe. I would highly recommend this regardless of your experience level!

The venues were well chosen, cocktails were unique and Vietnam/Hoi An focused. Our guide, Tinh, was exceptional in sharing his experiences growing up in Vietnam, with facts and anecdotes to make it Interesting and educational

Tin was an amazing host. We got to meet local producers and we’re welcome into to some very interesting peoples houses. This is your moment to feel like Anthony Bourdain and realize why Vietnam was his favorite country. 100% do this tour

Our guide took us to hidden spots. Secret indeed. We would have never found these cocktail bars nor had the pleasure of experiencing some really different cocktails. Great tour and fantastic guide (Loan) thank you
