We were for 3d2n in Danum Valley and predominantly for animal watching. We liked how knowledgeable the guides were and how beautiful the scenery was overall. Also, we got lucky with spotting an Orang Utan on the very last morning hike. However, for the price we paid, we think that the dorms could be less rundown. Also, we sometimes had the feeling that the guides were rushing a bit and missing out on chances for spotting animals.

Amazing experience in the Danum Valley, our guide Danny was incredibly knowledgeable and it was a privilege to be able to visit the untouched rainforest. The work and conservation that has been put into the area is spectacular. A must do when in Borneo.
