How do Gift Experiences work?

It’s simple. Pick an experience and choose when you want to send it. Your recipient will get an email on that date. You’ll also get a copy of the email, so you know exactly when it’s been received.They’ll then have 6 months to choose a date and enjoy the experience :)

You can choose the date you’d like the gift to be sent at checkout, and it’ll land in their inbox at 8am on that day.We’ll copy you on the email too, so you’ll know when they’ve received it. From there, they’ve got 6 months to pick a date that works and enjoy the experience.

Can gift experiences be exchanged for cash?

Gift experiences are all about creating fun and meaningful memories! They cannot be exchanged for cash. But if your recipient prefers another experience, we can swap out their experience for a gift card.

What if they don’t like the experience I pick?

Don’t worry! Most gifts can be exchanged for another experience or turned into a gift card. So if you picked pizza-making but they secretly prefer pasta… they’re covered.

How does my friend redeem their gift?

It’s super simple! They just need to click the link in the gift email. This will take them to Seek Sophie, where they can choose their preferred date for the experience.

Is this a good last-minute gift?

Yes! They'll receive the gift instantly by email, so it works even if you remembered their birthday 10 minutes ago.

Do I have to know the exact date they’re free?

Nope, you don’t need to know their exact dates. Just pick the experience and send the gift. They’ll have 6 months to choose a date that works for them.
