Review Body: I’d like to share my experience. Our guide was friendly and spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. The bus was clean, check-in was straightforward, and although the road was rather bumpy, the driver handled it well and got us to Sapa safely and on time. There was a minor issue with my return trip. While it caused a bit of confusion at first, I appreciated that the owner personally got in touch. It’s clear they care about their company’s reputation, and I trust they will continue to maintain a high standard of service in the future.

Review Body: The VIP cabin was amazing, and most importantly the driver was safe on the road. Their new office has a cafe inside, you can store your luggage there before your actual bus ride. Highly recommended.

Review Body: Great English and easy communication through WhatsApp. The bus was SOOO much better and more comfortable than a different company we had booked for us through a tour agency in the past. The bus drivers were both so friendly and professional and having an English speaking tour guide on the bus was a nice touch. Not only that, but my husband forgot his GoPro back in the village and our host brought it to the SaPa express office in SaPa and brought it back to the Hanoi office for us. Next time we take a bus somewhere in Vietnam I’ll be booking through them again.

Comfy private sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa—like a hotel on wheels
This is the comfiest way to get from Hanoi to Sapa — you’ll travel in a premium sleeper bus with private cabins, air-con, Wi-Fi, and seriously comfy beds. It’s called the “Mobile Palace” for a reason. While others arrive groggy and stiff from the overnight journey, you’ll roll into Sapa well-rested and ready to go.Unlike regular buses, this ride feels more like a moving hotel. Each of the 24 cabins gives you proper space to stretch out — no awkward elbow fights with your neighbour. Plus, there’s a cosy waiting area at the office where you can relax before departure, store your luggage, and grab a cup of coffee or tea (available for purchase). You’ll even get to stay on the bus until 6AM once you arrive in Sapa, so no need to wander around half-asleep in the early morning.By default, your seat will be on the upper deck — these are great, but if you prefer a smoother ride or easier access, you can choose the lower deck as an optional add-on for extra comfort. This is ideal for solo travellers, couples, or anyone looking for a much more restful way to get to Sapa without spending a fortune. If you're arriving from the airport, there’s also a handy pick-up option you can add on.What to ExpectPrivate sleeper cabin on a modern 24-cabin coach (loads of room to sleep properly)Cosy waiting area with luggage storage and coffee/tea available for purchaseStops every 2–3 hours for bathroom breaks and local snacksClean, quiet, and safe ride with friendly English-speaking staffWi-Fi, air-con, bottled water, blankets and pillows includedDefault seat is on the upper deck — lower deck option available as an add-onGood to KnowFree hotel pick-up in Hanoi Old Quarter (except Fri–Sun evening departures — head to the office instead)Arrive at least 20 minutes before departure timeAirport pick-up available as an add-on — make sure to select it when bookingChildren under 3 ride free if sharing with parents; aged 4 and up count as adultsNo extra charges during public holidaysSpacious cabin dimensions: 800mm (W) x 1800mm (L) x 1200mm (H)
