Review Body: We opened a new bottle of wine, and our guide Vy spoke about the five elements in wine—how each bottle is its own little world. Wine isn’t meant to be “perfect” the moment it’s opened; it needs time to breathe. That’s why wine lovers let it sit—because only when it meets the air does it begin to open up, releasing hidden flavours and becoming softer, smoother, and deeper.
It made me think about connection, too—between people, between ourselves and nature, and within our own hearts. Those bonds also need space to open, time to breathe, and patience to mature. Sometimes what we need isn’t a new opportunity, but a quiet moment—so what we already have can sink in, deepen, and become truly ours.
Thank you for an experience at that touched me so much.

Review Body: I attended an event about astrology. It provided interesting perspectives on using astrology as a tool for self-understanding instead of superstition. I found it very useful.

A sensory journey blending organic wine, Vietnamese culture, and self-discovery
This intimate, 3-hour experience brings West and East to the same table: a curated Eco-friendly wine (West) intentionally paired with Central Vietnam bites (East), so you can feel how balance, contrast, and harmony show up in flavour — and in life. Hosted by Vy, a Top 4 Best Sommelier of Vietnam in French Wines (2016) with 10+ years of experience and a culture researcher, it’s designed for curious travellers who love deep dives into food, ideas, and meaning. You’ll taste the wine on its own, then with local dishes that shift its structure — body, acidity, tannin, aroma — revealing how context changes perception. From there, Vy “translates” what you’re tasting into an Eastern framework: Yin & Yang and the Five Elements. It’s not a lecture. It’s a guided sensory journey where every pairing becomes a mini case study in opposites and harmony: richness meets freshness, sharpness meets softness, intensity meets calm. The session ends with a gentle self-discovery moment: a short exercise to decode your personal Yin–Yang energy based on your birth year, then match it to a “wine personality” — not to predict fate, but to spark reflection and conversation in a warm, welcoming space. Think of it as culture you can taste, and philosophy you can bring home. What to ExpectGuided tasting of a thoughtfully selected organic wine, paired with Vietnamese bites that showcase contrasts and harmonyLearn wine tasting etiquette and the basics of wine structureAn introduction to Yin & Yang and the Five Elements, with insights into Vietnamese history and cultureSelf-discovery exercise to decode your personal Yin & Yang energy based on your birth yearAn engaging cultural exchange with hosts who blend wine expertise with deep local knowledgeGood to KnowExperience lasts approximately 2 hours, with a private setting for personalised attentionThe venue offers a warm, relaxed atmosphere designed for conversation and reflectionParticipants should be open to new experiences and cultural ideas — no previous knowledge neededAll wines served are organic and sustainably farmed; food is thoughtfully curated to enhance tasting and learning
