Review Body: Wonderful experience for the most adventurous! We went for the jungle camping and did a lot of things in a day. Hiking in the rainforest (we saw snakes, spiders, lizards, etc), discovered amazing waterfalls, swam… We cooked on Bambú and Wet and Jaja tought us the tools, how to make them and use them. The food was completely delicious! Best date of my life (and I wasn’t even with my bf). We did a night swim and a night safari were we got the chance to see a baby deer. Slept in some hammocks (with mosquito net which was nice) in a really beautiful place. Enjoyed the jungle music all along. Wet guided us all along the day trekking, language barrier didn’t allow us to understand everything but still English was above average for Thailand so didn’t bother us as much. They were both amazing people and very fun guides to spend time with. We even learned a bit of Muay Thai skills. Born and raised in Khao Sok so they really know what the jungle is about. I would definitely come back for level 2 experience ! If you are looking for an adventurous experience in Thailand I really recommend it :)

Review Body: We did the overnight camping adventure with Jaja and Wes, and it was an unforgettable experience! Along the way, Jaja taught us essential jungle survival skills-like which herbs can heal wounds and which wild plants are edible. He also showed us how to truly use our eyes and ears to spot wildlife and tune into the sounds of nature. His sense of smell and sharp eyes were unbelievable! When we arrived at the campsite, Jaja set up our hammocks and began preparing dinner. We got to help with the jungle cooking, which was so much fun! After a delicious meal, we relaxed before heading out for the night safari. Despite the rain and darkness, Jaja’s incredible vision helped him spot a civet, langur, lizards, spiders, and even a bird! It was my first time camping in the jungle, but Jaja’s calm and friendly nature made me feel safe and comfortable the entire time. The sounds of the jungle as we drifted off to sleep in our hammocks were unforgettable. I can’t recommend this experience enough!

Review Body: If you like being in the wild it will be the best experience you can get! I still cannot believe I did this, it was amazing and every moment was special. Jaja is a very good and knowledgeable guide who is local and has been in the jungle since he was a kid. I was lucky and it was just me and Jaja. The animal knowledge was incredible and I’m a biologist but he knows this area very well! The bamboo cooking and making plates and cups was so coooll!!! If u like camping do ittt! He really just wants you to enjoy everything and let’s u tastes plants and shows everything he can. I was amazing how much he cared about the environment and we cleaned up everything nothing was left in the site as well as other peoples things, he really believes in keeping it clean and natural which is not seen in most of the other national parks!

Review Body: Best Experience of my Life. If you’re not sure to do it alone. Just do it! And with a group of course as well. Jaja and his knowledge is really incredible. He nows the jungle and the animals better than someone else! For example he heard a monkey jumping, while i was just walking and had no idea why he’s stopping. So he was right. We don’t saw that many Animals i expected to see, but that’s nature and the experience itself is really great. So you will see enough but don’t expect to much (like elephants or Tiger 😂) Btw the Food was amazing 👀 Thank you Jaja and your Team for this nice experience 🙏🏼 ขอบคุณครับ

Review Body: Absolutely amazing experience! I’m not a big camper but this was so much fun. Our host, Yay, was great. He guided us everywhere, commentating on what we saw. We bathed in crystal clear waters, watched otters, saw monkeys (and tarantulas), and relaxed by the campfire. Yay prepped our site and cooked dinner and breakfast. It was inspiring to watch him cook such beautiful meals with only bamboo. Highly highly recommend if you want to step outside your comfort zone and say you’ve stayed a night in the jungle.

Review Body: Jaja and the guide were both very helpful with any questions I had before and after the tour. The hiking and camping experience was wonderful - the guide explained everything and identified the plants, insects, lizards, birds, and monkeys we saw. The bamboo cooking was amazing and the food was delicious! Thank you for the experience. It was beautiful and peaceful in the jungle, and Fey and I got more sleep in the hammock than any of the previous ten nights in Thailand!

Review Body: Had a fantastic camping and hiking experience with Jaja. He's super knowledgable about the Khao Sok jungle as he's grown up there. Learned a lot from him about animal behaviours and how to act in the jungle to be safe. Really enjoyed the bamboo dinner and trying our hand at chopping bamboo using a machete. Sleeping in hammocks was also very fun and surprisingly comfy! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an immersive nature experience.

Review Body: Our tour was amazing. We learned how to survive in the jungle from our guide Wet. Wet was a really funny guide, who had a lot of knowledge about the jungle. We felt safe with him. We saw a lot of animals like monkeys (also very cute babies), otters, snakes and lots of cool animals. I would definitely recommend to do this trip. We have been backpacking for 4 months in Asia and this was our best experience so far.

Review Body: Amazing experience with Jaja! Me and my sister spent a night in the jungle with him and his helper, Wet. We explored the park, trekked, camped, had a laugh and cooked with bamboo. Jaja knows the jungle like the palm of his hand, it was truly amazing to see him interact with nature and all his explanations. Was magical and if you are going to Khao Sok, Jaja is the guy to go with. Thanks Jaja and Wet!

Review Body: Our guide (name pronounced ‘wet’) was so awesome and knowledgeable. He knew so many bird sounds, how to track animals and survive in the jungle. The whole experience was awesome and hands down best feed (dinner in bamboo by a fire) we’ve had on the trip. Wet was such a good guide and made the trip great. We went to a ripper swimming spot and saw so many animals at night! Would 100% recommend.

Review Body: Maybe not for some people but my wife and I really enjoyed the experience even if we were attacked by land leeches haha. Not as extreme and adventurous as I originally hoped for ( my wife was grateful for ) But I give a 5 star review because it was totally worth the money and it was a lot of fun to spend 24 hours with JaJa and to get to know him a little.

Camp under the stars, jungle cooking, & night safari with expert jungle guide!
Ever wanted to fall asleep to jungle sounds, cook with bamboo over an open fire, and learn real survival skills—far from crowds and tourist trails? This overnight jungle trek in Khao Sok National Park was created by Jaja, one of the area’s most respected jungle experts.Jaja grew up in this rainforest and learned hunting and survival skills from his father from the age of 9. Known for his extraordinary ability to read the jungle—tracking animals, recognising calls, and even sensing which creature has just passed—he was once considered one of Khao Sok’s most skilled hunters. Over time, he chose to protect the wildlife he loved instead, dedicating his life to conservation and sharing traditional jungle knowledge.Today, Jaja dedicates his time to training and mentoring a small team of local guides. Some come from jungle or hunting backgrounds, while others are local community members with a strong interest in nature. All guides are personally trained by Jaja, learning the same survival techniques, tracking skills, and forest ethics that define this experience.Your trek will be led by one of these hand-trained guides, ensuring the experience stays true to Jaja’s knowledge, values, and standards. You’ll hike around 3km through dense rainforest to Bang Hua Rat Waterfall, learning practical jungle survival skills along the way—from identifying edible plants and useful herbs to reading animal tracks and forest signs. After lunch by the waterfall, you’ll continue deeper into the jungle to set up camp (either near a stream or further inside the forest, depending on conditions). Your guide will teach you how to rig a hammock and prepare a traditional bamboo-cooked dinner over an open fire.As night falls, head out on a guided night safari, when the jungle truly comes alive. Listen for nocturnal calls, look out for glowing eyes, and experience the rainforest from a completely different perspective before settling in for the night under the stars.Wake up to birdsong and distant gibbons, with fresh coffee and breakfast waiting. Before heading back, you’ll learn how to break camp responsibly and leave no trace—leaving with new skills, lasting memories, and a deeper appreciation for the rainforest. What to ExpectLearn jungle survival skills: identify edible plants, explore wild herbs, and track hidden wildlife.Trek with expert local guides trained personally by JajaSee the forest come alive with the help of expert guides. Lerne deinen Gastgeber kennen
