Review Body: A fabulous back to nature place in the middle of the jungle. Exactly what we were looking for as part of our Thailand family holiday. It’s the simplicity of this place that makes it stand out, alongside an ethical and environmentally aware approach to running a hotel. Staff just superb, food incredible (you must try the jungle dinner experience), and access to the local activities so easy. We spent time with the local elephant feeding and bathing her, a long tailed boat trip across the lake including a very hot hike over the mountain to the historic caves. WiFi at the restaurant only is a good reminder to put the phone down for a while and reflect in nature. Finally the views from the main restaurant area across the mountains. I spent an hour this morning drinking coffee, watching the birds, and soaking it all up. Perfect.

Review Body: Cannot recommend this place enough - it’s in a beautiful setting, with lovely rooms, great food and plenty of wildlife watching from your own balcony! The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is served with a stunning jungle view (recommend the southern style pad Thai, massaman and pork congee) The highlight however really is the wonderful staff. I was unwell (started before I arrived) and they were so sweet, bringing me homemade ginger, honey & lemon tea, fresh fruit and specially made soups and checking on us daily. Aside from this they were very informative, friendly and helpful. I really can’t praise them enough!

Review Body: Our time at Anurak Lodge was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed amazing tours like the bike tour, jungle dinner, and bamboo rafting. From our window, we spotted so much wildlife—it felt like being in the heart of nature. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking too. Anurak Lodge is definitely the place to stay in Khao Sok if you want to be surrounded by nature's beauty. Highly recommend it!

Review Body: What a place!!! From start to finish perfect. Warmly greeted by wonderful and welcoming staff. Had the best pina coladas while waiting for our rooms. Dinner in the jungle was such an experience. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Cannot say enough positive things about our stay! Thank YOU Anurak lodge.

Review Body: The option of having a private transfer to/from the lodge was excellent and made the trip much easier. All the activities were well considered and the day trip to the lake was fantastic! As a solo traveller, I would say that it’s not super ‘inclusive’ (I was seated at the end of the dining room with my back to the rest of the guests, making it hard to integrate and left me feeling a little isolated).

Itinerary Day 1
Itinerary Summary: Transfer, bamboo rafting on the Sok River, jungle dinner.
Itinerary Description: 8 AM - 12 PM Transfer From Surathani Train Station/ Airport (latest pick up at 12pm to make sure you can make it in time for bamboo rafting). Journey from Surathani takes about 2 hours plus; once you arrive you can eat lunch at the lodge's restaurant (not included) before bamboo rafting 3 PM Bamboo Rafting for 1 hour by The Sok River guided by a local guide (non English speaking); You will be joining with other guests outside from other lodges in Khao Sok; A car will take you to the starting point, about 5 minutes drive. 4 PM Back to the lodge to relax before dinner. 6 PM Jungle Dinner - dinner is cooked in authentic way cooked in a traditional hut on the property; guests can watch and enjoy the dinner in the hut.
Itinerary Day 2
Itinerary Summary: Lake trip, lunch & dinner included.
Itinerary Description: 7 AM - 9AM Breakfast 9 AM Leave the lodge for the lake on a join-in tour with other customers from other lodges. 9.45AM Arrive at the pier where you will board a boat to explore the lake to see the mountains and other greenery. 12.00 PM Lunch at the raft house 2.00 PM Trek to Cave to see stalagmites and the magical light show of shining stones in the afternoon light 4.30 PM Arrive back at the pier and transfer back to the lodge 5.30 PM - 6.30 PM Arrive back to the lodge. Please note you will be in a join-in van with other guests from other lodges that may require to be dropped off before you. 6.30 PM Dinner at at the Hornbill Restaurant in the lodge. One Day Lake trip - Included NP Entrance Fee Lunch Set Dinner
Itinerary Day 3
Itinerary Summary: Morning hike & breakfast, checkout by 11 AM, transfer to Surathani.
Itinerary Description: 7 AM - 8 AM Breakfast 8 AM - 11 AM Take some time to explore the trail on property or enjoy the surroundings before your check out from the lodge (30-40 minute trek hike is available on the property) 11.00 AM Check out from lodge and depart back to Surathani Train Station/ Airport (flexible departure but check out is by 11am)

Hallo! Ich bin Willem und betreibe ein gemütliches Eco-Retreat am Rand des Khao-Sok-Nationalparks in Thailand. Nachhaltigkeit nehmen wir von Anfang an ernst. Wir haben den Standort dieser Lodge mit dem Ziel gewählt, ein Stück Land, das früher für eine Palmölplantage genutzt wurde, wieder in einen einheimischen immergrünen Tieflandwald zurückzuverwandeln. Mit deinem Aufenthalt hilfst du uns, das Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen! Während du bei uns bist, wirst du auch merken, dass wir keine Einwegplastikprodukte verwenden und Energie und Wasser sparen. Uns liegt die Natur um uns herum am Herzen, denn wir möchten, dass unsere Kinder und Gäste die wahre Schönheit dieses Ortes auch in den kommenden Generationen erleben können!
