Wan and Decho, a local couple from Khao Sok, started Praiwan Rafthouse in 2009 with a simple dream: to share the stunning beauty of Cheow Lan Lake while protecting its natural surroundings. What began as a family effort has grown into a welcoming retreat, now run with the help of younger relatives who grew up by the lake. The rafthouse blends seamlessly into the landscape, built with natural materials and a commitment to sustainability.
