Meet your host

Hi, I’m Jonathan Ngo. Growing up in Buon Ma Thuot, Vietnam’s coffee capital, I was surrounded by coffee farms and the dedicated farmers who bring each bean to life. That connection inspired me to start my business in 2023—not just to share Vietnam’s incredible coffee but to support the farmers behind it through fair-trade and sustainable practices. Workshops are just part of the experience. Join me, and you’ll step beyond the roastery to explore the real coffee culture of Hanoi. Through coffee walking tours and food tours, you’ll see how locals brew, drink, and enjoy coffee on the streets. From a classic phin drip at a tiny sidewalk café to a rich egg coffee in a hidden alley, you’ll gain a whole new appreciation for Vietnamese street coffee. For me, coffee and food are more than flavors—they’re stories of culture, tradition, and community. Through every cup and every bite, I hope to share the true heart of Vietnam with you.
