Had a great time hanging out with like minded people poolside and on the patio hammocks, Ocean Prana is super chill. I came to take my AIDA 3 course, and with Dave's coaching I was able to take my diving to a completely new level. He focused on technique and relaxation, and before I knew it I had completed the requirements of the course that I had previously been the most worried about. Even had a lot of laughs along the way! Great experience to the big blue. Thanks to Max my performing and funny coach to teach me more let go and to have a guide to go to the dephts. Nice progression during 4 days. AIDA 3 is a complet and very interesting course to go further to self- understanding of physiologicals mecanisms. Thanks Yoram for welcome rigor and advice. The center growing it s a wonderfull and quiet place for learn freediving. I recommand this place

WE only came to Amed for the AIDA 2 course and then we found paradise. We have had so much fun freediving with Yoram for two days. I did my PADI two years ago and haven't had nearly as much fun I've had with Yoram during AIDA 2. He's such a great teacher/instructor, all was really playful without any pressure. My partner Tom turned within three days from "i can't snorkel " to literally a fish in the water.
 Furthermore, the Ocean Prana place is such a nice hangout place, loving the vibe and people and it's not even fully finished yet...
 Can't wait to come back for AIDA 3 and more diving fun.

I did the two-day AIDA 2 training here at Ocean Prana recently. Yoram and Stefano are really professional instructors and they are very much following the AIDA course materials. The school staff are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to whom is considering learning freediving from zero.

After a lot of research on internet I selected Ocean Prana because it was looking like having the right feature for me: small place, designed with the attention on favouring a relaxing atmosphere and built with just natural materials (Bambù), but especially directed by a competent and experienced AIDA Instructor Trainer. When I contacted them in order to check if the appearance was consistent with the reality, I had only positive feedbacks, with all my e-mails replied promptly and extensively. Once I reached the place the same positive impression continued: the staff helped me to find an accommodation with kitchen nearby, as I requested, and a couple of days later I met with Yoran and started my training. Initially I had to do a few coached dives in order to achieve the performance requirements for the course, which turned out to be very useful to improve my technique as well. The instructor course ran really smoothly and once I finished it I had the chance to teach a few courses under the direct supervision of Yoram, who kept coaching me and providing me with useful advices. Overall I have been completely satisfied with my experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to become and AIDA instructor, as well as to those ones who wants to approach the world of freediving for the very first time. We just visited this place briefly for lunch while diving in Amed, and I do believe this is one of the most beautiful cafes in this part of Bali. It was beautiful, and the food was great as well. It looked like a great place to learn free-diving, to be honest.

I join the AIDA3* courses and some coach dives. Maria and Cristian are the nice instructors. They improved me to the higher level. First day, I dived to 6-7 meters deep only. But after 5 days, I can dive to the deep 24 meters! I can't believed that before.

Ocean Prana has the best staff and the best location in Amed. i satyed here for 8 days and I took the AIDA 2 and was fantastic. i didnt know to much of freediving and now im hooked :) The spot is just in front and you can practice everyday.
 I met a lot of really nice people here. I will come back for sure some day.

Freediving training was very good, professional approach, solid stretching before, safety briefing. Diving spot just in front of the facility, short walk and then swim from the beach. Protected Jemeluk bay provides good opportunity for various depths, minimal swell as well as current. Our instructor was very attentive, leaving space for own training program but providing useful advice. Well recommended for any freedivers visiting Bali! One thing that surprised me - the price for a coached dive with equipment rental was the same as with using own equipment. Usually, gear costs some money as well as has to be serviced and replaced, so one would think that diving with own gear might be priced lower. Nevertheless, I truly enjoyed the whole experience.
