Review Body: We were quite disappointed with our experience on the Aspira Cruise, especially given how it was presented online. The ship was noticeably older than the photos suggested, and the condition didn’t reflect the premium feel that was advertised. One of the biggest frustrations was the inefficient shuttle ferry system. We ended up wasting over an hour both ways, which significantly cut into our actual time on the cruise. The online itinerary did not match the printed one handed out on the ship, and checkout was an hour earlier than expected (9:30 AM instead of 10:30 AM). Despite our concerns, the WhatsApp support was dismissive and refused to acknowledge the inconsistency, although the onboard manager was polite and apologetic once informed. The food was mediocre — bland overall, with overcooked meats — and while the staff were generally friendly, they lacked basic service training. Plates were cleared prematurely, and main courses were served to us at different times, which disrupted the meal experience. Our departure was also rushed. Although the cruise was advertised to end at 12:15 PM, we were off the boat and on shore by just before 11:00 AM, after being woken with door knocking at 08:50 to vacate our rooms. The room itself was quite nice and the bathtub was a highlight, but overall, don’t expect a proper "cruise." The ship anchors shortly after boarding and remains stationary for most of the 18–19 hours, which hardly justifies the label “2D1N.” Everything on board was extremely overpriced e.g a coke at 54k dong, or an eggcoffee at 120k dong. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations and left us feeling like the cruise was more about logistics than leisure

Review Body: Transfer from Hanoi to the harbour was perfect. About the cruise we where disappointed for the amount of money that we paid. We expected more from the activities. Besides that we hardly sailed and a lot was done with the tender boat. The room had a really weird smell. We have some food allergies and the first day they did their best to give us the good food but the second day they didn’t and there where no options for gluten free to choose from.

Review Body: Liked · From start to finish this was the most amazing experience myself and my friend have ever had. The staff went above and beyond to help at all times. The activities the you do (included in the price) are amazing such as kayaking around the beautiful bays, going to a local village by bike (or electric car) to visit see how local wine is made and you can sample this, visit the local village school and try dripping your feet is a pond where the fish nibble your feet. Also you take a bamboo boat through the caves of the different mountain rocks which is spectacular. You receive a buffet style breakfast, a five course lunch and a five course evening meal which are all up to 5* restaurant standard and following your evening meal the head chef comes round to speak with each party individually to ask how your meal was. In terms of the cabin I don’t think I have ever slept on a more comfortable bed, the room has really good air con and a beautiful view of the bay with floor to ceiling window (this is darkened from the outside so no one can see in). The bathroom is breathtaking with the bath situated infront of a giant window again to enjoy the view and relax. To reiterate this was the most exceptional experience myself and my friend have ever had and can not recommend enough. If we return to halong bay we will without a doubt be booking this cruise again. Review Body: The Aspira experience is one you absolutely won’t regret you splurged on. I usually travel on the low-budget end but I’m so glad I treated myself to this! My room was amazing - comfortable bed, big glass window looking out to the water, a balcony, a BATHTUB. All spick and span. Lots of activities offered that you also can opt out of if you just want to hang out on the ship instead. Kayaking, cooking, swimming from the beach, cave/monkey-viewing boat ride. Our guide Arrow was so accommodating and kind. He always was prompt in responding to my messages when I was trying to make my plans and totally took care of getting me to and from the cruise, which alleviated a lot of the stress that can come with travel plans. And it goes without saying that the staff were phenomenal. Super friendly and ready to help with any concern that you might have had. I only did two days, one night which felt packed to the brim with things to do but I’m sure the three day, two nights would be great if you wanted to do a bunch but also feel like you were going at a little more of a relaxed pace. 10 out of 10!

Review Body: Liked · The boat is very new and really comfortable. The room is amazing with a bathroom, many people want to have it at home. A bathtube with the view over the Halong bay. You feel like a king or princess. The staff is unbelievable friendly and do everything that the customers think they are in Paradies. The food is really 5 stars. The activities are perfect. The price for what you get is more than good. Perfect , really perfect everything and every minute. Also after the Cruise the Staff cares about you and ask if everything was fine and if you need help. Also the Trips for the following places you can book there. I went to Hanoi and booked with Aspira a tour to Ninh Bin. It was awesome. We had bad weather, but every second was amazing. The boattour through the caves was one of the best I have ever seen. And I really travel a lot. I take home in my heart : the Staff !!!! Disliked · Everything was more than perfect and I will do it again when I come back. Aspira Cruise was the best Choice . Review Body: Liked · We had a wonderful fun time on Aspira Cruise Boat. Especially our crew was extraordinarily welcoming and warm hearted. Our travel guide Arrow was very kind and so likeable. He stayed with us the whole trip, from pick up in Hanoi, the cruise and back to Hanoi. He made sure that we had everything we needed. Transfer was also very good, easy and punctual. Although the trip wasn't fully booked, all activities were taking place and our little group fitted together very well so that our experience got very special. The food was excellent as well and our room was super nice with great views of Halong Bay. Definitely can recommend this cruise to the fullest. Thanks again to all the staff. You guys were amazing. :)

Review Body: Liked · 1. The cruise was as beautiful as it looked in pictures, or even better. 2. Just crystal cean. 3. Internal decoration was very good. 4. Trip from Hanoi to Ha Long was very comfortable 5. Food was good, multiple options available. 6. Service in totality was fabulous. Aspira was my first luxury cruise experience and I am very impressed with it. I would like to recommend this cruise to everyone and myself have more trips with them. Crew was very nice and helpful, capable of making up any loopholes, if there is any. If there were more stars than five, I would have given them all. Disliked · Entire crew was so wonderful that I can't say anything that I didn't like.

Review Body: The 3D2N trip was a great choice. We were able to immerse ourselves in the bay. The excursion to the island is totally worth it, trust me. We had such a great time kayaking, biking, swimming in such beautiful locations. If you haven’t been, Halong Bay is must when coming to Vietnam. The boat is beautiful, rooms are spacious, top deck is fabulous. I wanted to give a special thanks to John our tour director, and Tony who took us around the Viet Hai village. They are amazing! He made the trip that much better! The ship crew was also impeccable. This team made our stay so memorable. Thanks everyone for the great time and hospitality.

Review Body: The cruise is definitely one of the best new cruise in the bay. The food was excellent and not to be missed! Every meal had various courses and was a great fine dining experience. The rooms are modern & luxurious with great views of the bay. Last but not the least, the staff are probably the best part of the experience. Manager Mr. Ha. and asst manager Mr. Hoang really go out of the way to make every passenger comfortable & attend to any requests. Highly recommended!

The room was beautiful and extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the activities. The food was really lovely and the catering staff did a fabulous job. Review Body: It’s rare that my expectations are exceeded and Aspira certainly did that. From the luxury bus pick up to brand new boat, everything was new, clean, and comfortable. There wasn’t anything the staff wouldn’t do to make you happy. Great food and the chef will cater to your food preferences and allergies. As a bonus, the weather was sunny and my daughter caught two squids during one of the free evening activities.

Review Body: Nice, modern ship, very nice 5 star bedroom. Shuttle bus in Hanoi. The Aspira Luxury Cruises team exceeded my expectations. Lovely and professional staffs, delicious food, excellent services. Highly recommend for people who visit Halong Bay. Bus will take you from Ha Noi to Ha Long, you will have a day tour on Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay on a very beautiful ship, then back to Ha Noi afterward by bus.

The rooms were well presented, new and comfortable. Only downside was our shower flooded the bathroom floor but other than other it was a wonderful experience.

We did the 2 day 1 night cruise and in total there were 4 very good buffet meals, there was varied food and in general everything was very good. We enjoyed the kayak a lot by getting into very narrow caves and we arrived at a beautiful lake.

Itinerary Description: 7.30- 8.00: Pick-up time. Our tour guide meet you at your hotel in Old Quarter and departure to Halong bay 11.30 – 12.00: Arrive in Tuan Chau Wharf. From here, you will take a speedboat to Aspira Cruise. 12.30: Check-in. You will be served a welcome drink and provided with a cold towel. This will be followed by a cruise briefing where you will also be given safety instructions before checking in to your cabin. The cruise will set sail as you enjoy lunch served in the restaurant. 15:30: Arrive at Light and Dark Cave, where you can do kayaking or sit in a bamboo boat rowed by local people. 17:30: Return to Aspira Cruise, where you can admire the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin and just relax in the swimming pool, and enjoy a complimentary sunset party. Enjoy the Happy Hour Deal at the bars. 18:00 Simple Vietnamese spring-roll-making session with the crew. You can also enjoy the massage service which is available onboard. Itinerary Description: 6:15: Wake up early to start your perfect day with Tai Chi class or watch the sunrise on the top deck. 7:00: Light breakfast is served. in the restaurant. 8:00: Kayaking around Tra Bau village 9:00: Return to the boat and check out from the cabin. Then have brunch in the restaurant while the boat sails back to the pier. 10:30: Guests move to the tender boat and return to the port. 11:00: Guests disembark. If transfer to Hanoi Hanoi is not required, cruise say goodbye to guests. If transfer to Hanoi is required, starts returning to Hanoi.
