Born from Natalie’s and Al’s passion for food, wine, and Joo Chiat, this venture reflects their deep roots in the neighbourhood. As long-time residents, they’ve contributed to and witnessed the evolution of one of Singapore’s coolest districts. Their first experience launched in 2021 — a private dining concept inspired by Al’s Mediterranean culinary heritage and set in their beautifully renovated Peranakan shophouse.
