We had such a wonderful experience at this coffee workshop with a local Yunnan coffee-roasting family! Phoebe was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole workshop. It was a real pleasure listening to her speak so passionately about coffee and sharing her knowledge with us.

We learned so much, not only about coffee itself, but also about the different beans, where they come from, and the entire roasting process. What made the experience especially memorable was how personal and authentic it felt.

At the end, we even had the opportunity to roast our own coffee beans, which we could take home with us. It was such a fun way to finish the workshop and have a little piece of the experience to remember.

We would definitely recommend this workshop to anyone interested in coffee, especially if you want to learn more about Yunnan coffee from people who are genuinely passionate about it. Thank you, Phoebe, for such a lovely and educational experience! ☕️❤️

In between, we spent a good chunk of time with the resident goats and cats wandering around the property. It felt less like a tasting and more like an afternoon at someone's actual home.

It was better than I expected! Fancy has a great knowledge and she’s willing to share it with ease :) we went to market and we learn how to recognise specific mushrooms and herbs. Then we had a cooking lesson in her cute kitchen! It was so lovely :)

We had a great experience with Fancy. She has great knowledge about Chinese cooking and the market. We learned a lot about Chinese ingredients and the food we cooked was delicious and so flavorful. A well recommended experience in Lijiang!

The environment was super cozy with small group size and Fancy's lovely personality. We requested the vegan option to cook (which I would recommend confirming after booking) but Fancy still took care of us by proving alternatives that were delicious and easy to make - I will definitely be trying the "ghost tofu" at home ;)
