Review Body: We had a delightful experience at Cheese Boutique by Rosalie. It started with a brief introduction to various cheese types and pairing combinations, which was very informative. The highlight was the beautifully presented platter, which we were given ample time to explore and enjoy. The selection of cheeses was impressive, and we appreciated the opportunity to discover new favorites. Overall, a unique and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Review Body: Fabulous experience! Who knew Bali had such great cheeses?! Beautiful goat's milk cheeses and cow's milk cheeses to sample, combined with crackers and condiments. The process of cheese making and details of each cheese explained by a lovely hostess. Highly recommended.

Itinerary Description: The host will introduce the guest to Indonesian Cheese (History, type, and trend). Followed by the basic cheese pairing knowledge. There will be 3 different types of cheese for tasting and 3 kinds of Tropical preserves. Pair them with different types of condiments (Cookies, Crackers, etc). Discuss the difference in taste, texture, and aroma.

Hun passie voor hoogwaardige natuurlijke Indonesische kaas komt voort uit de overtuiging dat eten niet alleen lekker moet smaken, maar ook goed voor je moet zijn. Met verse ingrediënten zonder conserveermiddelen en kleurstoffen, en met traditionele kaasmaaktechnieken, maken ze bijzondere kazen met een unieke draai aan lokale smaken die passen bij zowel lokale als internationale voorkeuren. Hun kaas wordt gemaakt van Indonesische melk, die een unieke smaak heeft door het lokale klimaat, de bodem en de planten die er groeien. Begonnen met slechts één klant is Rosalie Cheese inmiddels gegroeid en bedient het een brede groep klanten, van restaurants tot hotels, in heel Indonesië.
