Review Body: From the moment we touched down till we departed from Kunming, we were taken care of very well by our 2 English speaking guides (first week from Kunming -Yuanyang-Jianshui-Shiping-Kunming and second week, Kunming-Dali-Eryuan-Shaxi-Lijiang-Shangri-la-Kunming). The trip was tailored to our group and our Group Leader was constantly being updated by the company during our trip, ensuring that we are all in good hands; even when one of our friends were taken ill and had to go to hospital, our guide, Nancy arranged for someone to accompany her to the hospital and back safely while she continued with the itinerary. John and Nancy were knowledgeable about the area they took us to and shared with us some very interesting facts about the local culture and the ethic groups. During the 2 weeks we were in Yunnan, we had the opportunity to taste the authentic dishes of Yunnan, watched a chinese musical (highly recommended) which Nancy recommended besides the tailored itinerary. Entrance fee is expensive but it is worth every yuan! It's of international standard! Hotels chosen were good and inns (in remote places) were basic but clean. It was a memorable experience staying in guesthouse located in the midst of the rice terrace ... I almost missed the chance of a lifetime to hike from Halfway Inn to Tina's Guesthouse @ Tiger's Leaping Gorge - thanks to Nancy's prompting and encouragement, I changed my mind and went. The sights were breathtaking! This certainly was the highlight of the trip, a grand finale! Last but not least, a special thank you to our chauffeur who drove all 13 of us safely and skilfully weaving through narrow roads, by the cliffs and never once sped throughout the whole trip. He was a competent and safe driver. Thank you once again to John, Nancy, our cheeful chauffeur for this memorable trip, a trip that we will always cherish and remember. You did an excellent job, Ciel Yunnan - definitely deserve recommendation to anyone visiting Yunnan. Terima kasih/谢谢!

Review Body: It was a pleasant experience from the moment we contacted Cindy to finally completing the trip. Cindy was very prompt in planning the trip for us, designed an itinerary that is according to what we wanted to see. We even get to choose the hotels and the views we wanted to get from the hotel rooms. We planned for a 11days trip for 4. A 9-seater van was sent to fetch us around, spacious and comfortable. We were especially thankful to our driver Wang, as he looked after us very well, bringing us to nice restaurants for our meals. One of our travelmate suffered from altitude sickness in Shangrila when we had to change our itinerary for the next 3 days. Driver Wang quickly drove us back to Lijiang and get us to hospital for her to see doctor and get oxygen supply. Cindy reacted very quickly too got our hotels for the next 3 nights and train tickets refunded, and use the fund to pay for our new hotels, with even with money leftover, and refunded back to us. We were very impressed by their honesty and the cares they showered upon us during the entire trip. Definitely an agency we would consider to use again if we come back to yunnan or even other China trips. Thank you for your cares, to even look into the little details.

Review Body: I had a wonderful trip to Shangri-La and Deqin, thanks to the incredibly thoughtful and professional support from this travel agency. From the very beginning, the communication was smooth, warm, and responsive—even across languages. The itinerary was beautifully planned. I especially loved the views of Meili Snow Mountain and the peaceful visit to the Catholic church in Cizhong. The driver was friendly and punctual, and the accommodation had a fantastic view. If you're planning to explore the deeper, more spiritual side of Yunnan, this is the team to go with. It's not just sightseeing—it's a meaningful experience with a lot of heart.

Review Body: We opted for a curated 10 days itinerary exploring Yunnan. The whole experience was great from the prompt responses during our enquiry, and the prompt services before and during our trip. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the trip, the trip was not rushed and we had the opportunity to explore the different sides of Yunnan. We had an elderly that needed extra care and the guides were very friendly and helpful in taking care of her and finding alternative 'route' that suits us best. All in all highly recommended if you are looking for a tour to visit China.

Review Body: Vivian and Yan were incredibly professional in helping me plan my 6 day Yunnan trip for my husband’s birthday. Their choices of accommodation was very on point to what I wanted to experience. They provided an excellent driver, Chen, who was knowledgeable, great at driving, and very bubbly. It was such a memorable trip, and when we had a flight cancellation hiccup at the end, the travel team was very helpful and resourceful in ensuring we got home. I appreciate all the hard work and highly recommend them for any future trips you will make to China.

Horelie is very prompt and courteous who is able to address our queries thoroughly. Throughout the trip, Horelie maintained close communication and often checked on us to ensure we are safe and comfortable. The recommended hotels were good. They proposed the itinerary according to our wishes and provided drivers and English speaking tour guides. Everything worked perfectly and smoothly. And Yunnan is a stunning region!
