Review Body: After 1 month of drinking Vietnamese coffee we finally went and learned what it actually is that we are drinking. This experience was very informative and fun. We learned how to make 3 different coffee types and learned some general information about their local business and the coffee they sell.
One thing we also liked was that it was a small group, only 3 people which made it more cozy.
We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend this place if you are coming to Saigon.

Review Body: This was a great experience and was so informative! We learned about Vietnamese coffee and how to properly use a phin to brew coffee, as well as learning how to make egg coffee and coconut coffee (and got to try them all). The host was great, very knowledgeable and open to answering all of our questions. I chose this workshop because it wasn’t as long as some, and for me it was perfect. I would definitely recommend it.

Review Body: Love the friendly atmosphere throughout the workshop! Workshop was kept small and every one had a turn making their own coffee, without being hurried. The second roaster shared his coffee knowledge and spoke excellent English. Hoping to recreate the egg coffee and coconut coffee that I learnt from the workshop! Highly recommend this workshop - even kids can participate (I had my 17, 15 and 13-year old kids join)!

I was lucky enough to spend several hours for the coffee roasting and egg, coconut and phin brewing classes. Each class was deeply informative - thank you so much Ngiah for sharing your knowledge so generously. I’m excited to take these beans home and replicate everything I’ve learned

Learn to brew Vietnam’s iconic coffees: phin, egg & coconut.
Think Vietnamese coffee is just strong Robusta with condensed milk? There’s actually a whole world behind it. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to brew three iconic Vietnamese coffees yourself — the classic phin coffee, creamy egg coffee, and refreshing coconut coffee — while discovering why Vietnamese coffee culture is far more complex than most travellers realise.Hosted in a cosy specialty café by passionate local coffee experts, this session introduces you to the different coffee species grown in Vietnam and the craft behind brewing them properly. You’ll grind, brew and whisk everything yourself, learning the techniques that locals use — including the right way to brew phin coffee (which is surprisingly easy to get wrong). It’s a relaxed, small-group experience perfect for coffee lovers who want to understand what they’re actually drinking in Vietnam, and leave with the skills to recreate these famous drinks at home. What to ExpectBrew Vietnamese coffee using the traditional phin filterLearn to make egg coffee and coconut coffeeDiscover Vietnam’s lesser-known coffee speciesHands-on brewing in a cosy café settingHosted by passionate local coffee experts
