Review Body: This was one of the highlights of our trip and although you can book many combinations of Khao Sok National park days and nights, we felt the combination of 2 nights and 3 days was enough to fit most things in. We chose not to visit the elephants as we were going to Koh Lanta later on our trip and the Gentle Giants ethical elephant sanctuary there was brilliant. Its worth pointing out also that the places we stayed were run by Khao Sok Discovery who were brilliant partners to Seek Sophie. The Khao Sok discovery boutique camp was breathtaking including the accomodation, food and views. The Lake obviously is not as luxurious but having seen some of the other pontoon lodges, they all didn't have private toilet and showers or even air conditioning where as the The Laguna Chiewlarn lodges did. The early riser longboat trip at dusk was great as we saw the monkeys all eating the fruit and berries in the trees at the lakes edge. We also saw the massive Hornbill birds, Wild boar and an otter. Be aware that Day 1 and 3 are are not full days as there's travelling involved. Our journey was from our hotel in Krabi and back to our Ao Nang hotel. The journeys were comfortable and broken up on day 1 with the Romanee Hot Springs, temple, cave and monkeys that were semi tame. Its worth noting that you can take all your luggage to the boutique camp, leave it there whilst at the lake lodges taking just minimal stuff with you and then your luggage being ready in your minibus when you finish on the Lake. To finish, I would just like to mention our guide and trip concierge, Cooper who sorted everything out and was very knowledgeable in the area and wildlife telling us many interesting facts and pointing out snakes, elephant facts even though we only heard them breaking bamboo but couldn't see them, 2 monkey types and gibbons and a few spiders including a tarantula and a trap door spider. Cooper and the fact that because we perhaps paid to be a private group, made our trip. There were many other groups who seemed to be overcrowded in their long boats with other companies or less organised. Thanks for a great 3 days we will fondly remember.

Review Body: A Magical Escape to Khao Sok National Park and Cheow Lan Lake Our discovery trip to Khao Sok National Park in Thailand was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of nature—lush rainforests, dramatic limestone cliffs, and the serene waters of Cheow Lan Lake. Our first stay at Boutique Camps was an incredible experience. Nestled in the heart of the jungle, the accommodation was both comfortable and beautifully designed, allowing us to feel truly immersed in the surrounding nature without compromising on luxury. Then we continued to the floating paradise of 360 Issara Rafting House on the lake—an absolutely unforgettable experience. Waking up surrounded by water and towering cliffs was surreal, and the tranquility of the location made it feel like we were in another world. The activities were just as amazing as the places we stayed. We went on jungle treks filled with exotic sights and sounds, and our early morning Mystery Safari was a true highlight—drifting silently through the mist, we spotted wildlife and took in the magical calm of the rainforest as it woke up for the day. And wild elephant's family as a bonus. Every moment of this trip was a “wow.” The nature, the hospitality, the adventure—it all came together for an unforgettable journey. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the real, wild beauty of Thailand in total comfort. --- Especially thanks to our guide Thong🙏 Good job!

Review Body: Amazing time with Khao Sok Discovery! We did a 3 day, 2 night tour. First night we stayed on a floating raft hotel on the lake, and the second night we stayed in a glamping experience on the top of a mountain. We went with our two children ages, seven and six. Everyone had an amazing time trekking through the jungle, boating on the lake, looking at very interesting wildlife, bathing an elephant, canoeing in the river, exploring coral caves. The scenery and nature was extraordinary. We've traveled all over the world, and this is one of the most beautiful places we've ever been and certainly a highlight of our time in Thailand. Special shout out to Don, who was our guide through all of it. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, organized, and an absolute pleasure with whom to work. He went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend this company and Don as the guide.

Review Body: What a fantastic experience, 5/5 from me! We managed to do so much but without it feeling hurried. Itinerary was slightly changed to the one advertised, but only I think so we could get another long tail boat ride in to view some wild elephants, which of course was incredible. The tree tops camping site was wonderful and the food really good. The floating bungalow was more of a 3/5 to be honest in terms of amenities (we did choose the luxury glamping option for this trip) but the location was unbeatable. Overall a true once in a lifetime experience and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

We visited places we would never have seen if this trip was curated - my only recommendation is that you ensure you have enough time to enjoy the accommodation (winding down and for dinner + breakfast) because both are beautiful! Yes we could have figured it out and booked ourselves but we left last minute and to have the accommodation arranged for us and benefit from the insights and local knowledge was actually invaluable. Our guide, MM, was so courteous and pleasant notwithstanding his English allowed for great engagement.

Review Body: Incredible ecolodge with luxurious tents in an amazing nature. The people were very nice and the service was great. The biggest point are the cocktails created by the barman : they were the best we ever had and their presentation were incredible. Definitely the place to be if you plan to come around Khao Sok.

Review Body: I like the resort. The resort is very peaceful. Properly design with properly maintenance. Staff is very friendly. I don't find any mosquito in this resort, so surprised. So clean and neat with a nice garden but the pool is quite small if you want to swim.

Switch to a jungle walk, discovering exotic plants, butterflies, birds, and more. Enjoy a short trek to 500 Rai Lake, followed by a peaceful bamboo raft ride to Pakarang Cave (Coral Cave).
