在清迈展开一段隐秘山野徒步与竹筏漂流之旅
走进一个鲜少有游客到访的偏远村落，徒步探访与外界没有公路相连的拉祜族社区，沿着一段尚未开发的河道体验真正的竹筏漂流。这趟独特的一日游从湄登县出发，距离清迈市区约1.5小时车程。一开始便是挑战性十足的陡坡登山徒步。登上山顶后，可以俯瞰湄登山谷的开阔景色，也有时间稍作休息，随后下坡前往坐落在山谷中的拉祜族村落，登河从村旁流过。全程徒步约5公里，累计爬升约300米。村子没有公路可达，村民平日依靠河流和山路与外界往来。这里约有200位居民，过着靠土地维生的生活，住在朴实的木屋中，许多房子还可俯瞰下方的河流。我们会在其中一户人家享用以柴火烹煮的午餐，之后在村中随意走走、拍照，再准备展开下半段旅程——在登河上进行竹筏漂流。登上竹筏后，我们会顺着登河悠闲漂流而下。途中虽有少数1至2级的小急流，但大部分河段水流平稳、河面开阔。沿途你会在清迈这片偏远地区看到丰富的鸟类生态，也能欣赏山谷中拔地而起的群山。河边高大的树木伸展成荫，途中也可在多个河段停下来清凉戏水。村里的掌筏人会协助控制方向，你也可以在竹筏后方试着帮忙掌舵。漂流约10公里后，我们会抵达Sop Kai，行程也在此结束，随后乘车约1小时返回清迈。行程亮点挑战陡坡登山徒步，俯瞰湄登山谷的壮丽景色下坡前往坐落于山谷中的拉祜族村落，登河从旁流过全程徒步5公里，累计爬升约300米在村民家中享用以柴火烹煮的传统午餐在登河平稳开阔的河段体验竹筏漂流有机会观赏丰富鸟类，并欣赏周围山景沿河设有清凉戏水停留点竹筏漂流路程约10公里行程结束后返回清迈最佳出行时间11月至2月是前往清迈最热门的时间，天气干爽、气温较低，天空晴朗，整体条件最理想。6月至9月能见度较好，景色更通透，山林也更加翠绿，不过这段时间属于雨季，偶尔会有短暂阵雨。建议避开2月至5月的烧山季。这段时间农民会在旱季焚烧未售出的作物和农业废弃物。清迈的烧山季有时在雨季结束后的11月便开始，一直持续到4月，但通常以2月至4月的雾霾与空气质量最差。这与降雨少、气温高有关。过去烧山季通常只持续到2月一个月，但我们观察到今年已延长至5月。为了更稳妥起见，前后交界月份也建议避开。建议携带与穿着登山短裤／长裤舒适的衬衫／T恤登山鞋，以及可弄湿的衣物帽子、太阳镜、防蚊喷雾、防水袋体能要求我们没有最低年龄限制，但参与者需具备良好的体能，能够在高低不平的地形上步行数公里，部分路段还需要手脚并用攀爬。徒步过程累计爬升300米，意味着途中会有相当陡的坡段。如果你有哮喘等呼吸系统问题，不建议报名这趟徒步。不会游泳也可以参加，但如果你对水性较有信心，漂流过程会更轻松自在。
