在清迈展开一段隐秘荒野徒步与竹筏之旅
徒步前往一座鲜少有游客造访的偏远村庄，看看一个与外界不通公路的拉祜族社区如何生活，并在一段尚未开发的河道上体验原生态竹筏漂流的乐趣。这趟独特的一日行程从湄登县出发，距离清迈市区约1.5小时车程，首先是一段颇具挑战的陡坡登山徒步。登上山顶后，你会看到湄登山谷的开阔景色，也能稍作休息，随后下山前往拉祜族村落。村子坐落在山谷中，湄登河从旁流过。全程徒步约5公里，累计爬升约300米。村里没有公路可通，居民主要依靠河流和山路与外界往来。这里约有200位居民，靠土地为生，住在质朴的木屋里，许多房子俯瞰着下方的河流。我们会在其中一户人家享用用明火烹制的午餐，随后在村里随意走走、拍照，再准备开始旅程的第二部分——在湄登河上进行竹筏漂流。我们登上竹筏，以轻松的节奏顺流而下。途中虽有少量1级/2级急流，但大部分河段都较为平稳开阔。沿途你会在清迈这片偏远区域看到丰富的鸟类生态，以及从山谷间拔地而起的群山景致。河边高大的树木伸展成荫，我们也可以在河上的不同地点停下来清凉畅泳。村里的船夫会协助掌舵，你也可以在竹筏后方试着一起操筏。漂流约10公里后，我们将抵达Sop Kai，行程在此结束，再从这里返回清迈，车程约1小时。行程亮点挑战一段陡峭山路徒步，欣赏湄登山谷的开阔景色下行前往坐落在山谷中、湄登河流经旁侧的拉祜族村落全程徒步5公里，累计爬升约300米在民居中享用以明火烹制的传统午餐在湄登河平静开阔的河段体验竹筏漂流有机会看到丰富鸟类，并欣赏周围群山沿河可停下畅泳，清爽消暑漂流距离约10公里行程结束后返回清迈最佳出行时间11月至2月是前往清迈最热门的时段，天气干爽、气温较低，通常也有清澈的蓝天，整体条件最理想。6月至9月能见度较好，景观更青翠，视野也更漂亮，不过这段时间也是雨季，偶尔会有短时阵雨，概率较高。建议避开2月至5月的烧荒季，这段时间农民会在旱季焚烧未售出的农作物和生物废弃物。清迈的烧荒季早在11月雨季结束后就可能开始，并持续到4月，但通常2月至4月是清迈雾霾和空气质量最差的时期，原因是降雨少、气温高。过去烧荒季通常只持续到2月左右，但我们观察到今年已延长到5月。为更稳妥起见，也建议避开前后交接月份。建议携带与穿着徒步短裤/长裤舒适的衬衫 / T恤徒步鞋，以及不介意弄湿的衣物帽子、太阳镜、防蚊喷雾、防水袋体能要求我们没有最低年龄限制，但参加者需具备良好体能，能够在高低不平的地形上步行数公里，部分路段还需要手脚并用攀爬。徒步过程中累计爬升300米，意味着会有较陡的坡段。如果你有哮喘等呼吸方面的问题，不建议报名这段徒步。不会游泳也可以参加，但如果你对水较有信心，漂流过程会更轻松愉快。
