I don't usually write long reviews but this was such a hidden gem! Glad to have discovered this through seeksophie even though there's tons of homestays here in Sapa. Thuy and family are very friendly and welcoming! The trek to the nearby village was great and we experienced local culture among breathtaking scenery. Ecohills homestay had beautiful views being perched on the mid hill, massage was cheap and good but the best experience was the homestay dinner! They are ala carte prices but very reasonable and delicious. The homestay is run by a loving young couple and family, really glad to have met them. Some points to note: There's a 200m walk with steep slope from the car dropoff up to the homestay, motorbikes are able to go up all the way. Recommend to avoid large luggages and come in the cooler weathers for lesser bugs.

This was a wonderful experience! This trek allows you not only to see and experience the beauty of the highlands, but also to seek to understand the culture and people. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this homestay, booked through Seek Sophie. The views were really nice, the homestay hosts and the trekking guide were very friendly. We got to learn a lot about the way of the local people here, and had a wonderful meal. Def book one of the homestay experiences in Sapa with SS!

It was an amazing trip and very worth every cent. The guides can help to plan your trip based on your ability and requests. We did a 3D2N trip and it was honestly enough for us as we're not really hikers, but Sapa was incredibly scenic and serene. The homestay hosts were very hospitable, accommodating and kind, they cooked most of our meals and also taught us to make Vietnamese spring rolls before dinner. My suggestion for those intending to go on this trip: bring about some extra small change to buy souvenirs that are handmade by the villagers (you'll encounter lots of them on the way, and some will even accompany you from point to point and then try to sell you their items at the end, overall I feel that purchasing their handmade items beats buying from local souvenir shops).

So happy we booked with SaPa Sisters! Little Chi is an outstanding guide. She is incredibly knowledgeable and fun. She gave us options on levels of hiking difficulty and adapted to our requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our home stay experience with Chi’s auntie Mimi and her family. Weather didn’t permit our day 2 hike so Auntie Mimi gave us a batik lesson. It was amazing. Sapa Sisters is so fortunate to have Chi on the team!! Highly recommend SaPa Sisters!!!

An amazing trip that was like absolutely no other experience I have ever had. We trekked through mud and mountains and got quite dirty, but it is exactly the kind of experience that makes you realise the true beauty of the local village people. Our guide Sõ was amazing and never hesitated to tell us about the local people, their culture and the village way of life. The homestay was somehow both incredibly comfortable and rural at the same time. Zizi homestay was in of itself beautiful and we got a chance to eat their local food, drink the local made rice wine, hang out with the family and play with the kids. All in all this experience was truly incredible, and as long as you don’t mind getting a bit dirty the trek and homestay will take your breath away.

Awesome trecking with Sapa sisters. We did 3d 2n and would've liked to do it even longer. Great guide, food and accommodation!
