Review Body: Jero pick us (family of 4) in our villa on time. He greeted us good morning with a sincere heart and a sincere smile. While we on our way to the location he share a lot of things with us. Make us comfortable. Car was clean and the aircon was superb. His driving was skilful. Navigate smoothly. Was a superb experience with Jero ! Mantap ! 👍🏽 Adi (4x4) driver was indeed friendly. He kept telling us to take our time to capture our experience there. Even helped us to take pictures! Not only that he help us entertained my nephew, while the adults taking pictures. At a point we lost one of the phones and he stopped the car and run 50m back to find the phone while we are in the car. A very sincere man doing his job. He played music to keep us entertained too! Overall both of them Jero and Adi was superb! Was a great experience having them as our driver! Thank you both Jero and Adi! Mantap skali ! 👍🏽❤️

Review Body: My husband and I had an excellent time on the Mt Batur sunrise tour! The early morning is well worth it. Our driver, Jero Kadek Arcana, confirmed details of our pickup the day before so the morning went very smoothly. We rented blankets from the company before we got into the jeep, which was definitely nice and very needed since it is a bit chilly. The jeep ride itself was fun and the sunrise was gorgeous. We went to the black lava fields afterwards which were beautiful and really cool to see. On the ride home, our driver Jero shared a lot of really cool information about temples, culture and religion in Bali. He even made a stop at an excellent coffee shop as well as at a fruit stand per our request. The car ride itself was beautiful and we had a lot of fun learning more from Jero!

Review Body: Our driver, Jero, were extremely kind, friendliest driver ever, the best! Arrived earlier than expected. The way he drive, love it. Smooth like water. my son sleep both ways on the bumpy road! We felt very safe. On the way back to our villa, we all very tired and sleepy and not once he stepped on the break so hard. We nap like baby in the car. For all we know, we are reaching our villa! The car was clean and confortable and we couldn't wish for a better service. Thank you Jero! The jeep driver Adi, the sweetest. Patient guy and sporting! My son was having tantrum as the time trip was his sleep time. Adi was so sweet, entertained my son the best he can. Thank you! Love the trip and definitely wants to return the soonest.

Review Body: Great experience from start to finish. Got picked up by friendly and professional driver Jero Kadek and taken to the starting point approximately an hour from Ubud. The jeep drive up was super fun and the driver of the jeep was also amazing. We added on a guided walk last minute as we got to the end location of the jeep as we wanted to get a bit higher up the mountain. They were accommodating and organised a friendly guide who patiently helped us up to the top which was approximately 50 minutes hike from the jeep end point. Views at the top was magical. Highly recommend.

Review Body: The hike is well worth doing and quite manageable in terms of fitness and time needed. Make sure to bring extra layers for the top (beanie hat and warm jacket) particularly if you are a quick hiker as you may be waiting at the top for some time for the sunrise. But you do get a breakfast at the top, part of which is a boiled egg which comes in handy as a hand warmer! I had a female guide- Ayu, who was great and very attentive, she made the experience very easy and took lots of pictures. It’s also really nice as a solo female traveller to have a female guide too!

Review Body: Both our driver Nico and guide Lubak were everything we could have asked for and more. Despite us missing our alarm due to technical difficulties they did everything in their power to make up lost time. This resulted in us still getting to see the beautiful sunrise from the top of Mt Batur. We are very grateful and very happy with the experience provided. (Side note it is stated if you read carefully but usually pick up and drop off not included we didn't realise when we booked but was then arranged for us at additional cost)

Review Body: Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, it was pouring rain and we didn’t get to see the sunrise as it was too foggy but you can’t control the weather. Our driver from Canggu Jero Kadek arcana was fantastic, so kind and really looked after us , he added an additional stop at a coffee plantation and offered to show us some places in Ubud as we were passing through. Our jeep driver was also fantastic, also very kind and gave us umbrellas and ponchos for the rain . We’ll have to come back in the dry season and try again .

Review Body: It was a great experience. We got picked up by Jero Kadek Arcana, he was a great driver and took us to the start of the Jeep Tour. We went to see a beautiful sunrise and got breakfast. After that we visited the Black Lava Fields, which were very nice. Our Jeep Driver took nice Photos of us throughout the trip. On our way back Jero brought us to a coffee plantation where we could try a lot of differnet local produced coffee. Jero was a great driver and brought us back zo our hotel safely.

Review Body: We had a really nice trip to the top of Batur. Our driver Jero Kadek Arcana made sure we get a great journey to the start of the hike and back and explained the trip. As we arrived we hiked around 1 to 1.5hours to the top with our guide Putu Arsa. He had nice food with him with we were able to eat at the top. Also he showed us where you can feel the heat of the active volcano. Can recommend it a lot.
