Led by a young Singaporean magician, step into an intimate magic show that blends mind-bending illusions, storytelling and audience participation, with plenty of moments where you’ll find yourself right in the middle of the magic.What makes the show especially captivating is the story behind the performer. Magic runs through his family, and rather than taking the conventional path into a corporate career, he chose to continue a family legacy on stage. You’ll uncover snippets of his story as the show unfolds, with each performance revealing a little more about the person behind the magic.It’s an intimate, theatrical night out that feels very personal, and a brilliant way to discover and support the next generation of Singaporean performers. Kai ist ein Magier aus Singapur in dritter Generation und ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes mit Zauberei aufgewachsen — seine Familie brachte ihn schon damit in Kontakt, als er noch Windeln trug. Heute tritt er bei Firmenevents für Marken wie Google, Apple und Cartier auf und bringt außerdem jede Woche eine Solo-Show auf die Bühne. 2024 gründete er mit anderen ein Unternehmen, um in Singapur mehr Zaubershows mit theatralischem Anspruch zu schaffen und das Handwerk über die übliche Eventunterhaltung hinaus weiterzuentwickeln. Seine Arbeit verbindet Familientradition mit einem modernen Bühnenstil — mit gerade genug Schalk, dass The Straits Times ihn einmal eine „Hexe“ nannte.
