Review Body: I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of stitching my own pair of espadrilles. Lisa allowed for a choice of leather and styles at the beginning and walked me through the instructions step-by-step. She's also a great conversationalist who takes the time to share about her shoe-making journey and we talked about a range of topics in the 5 hour session. She can also help to fix mistakes if you should ever make an incorrect stitch so that the outcome is presentable. Highly recommended- whether you come by yourself or in a group!

Review Body: It was a beautiful way to spend the last day of 2025! Lisa was such a sweet bubbly chatty person. Her studio was comfy and cosy. It was just my daughter and I so we had the undivided attention of Lisa which was nice. Felt more like friends hanging out together on a cloudy quiet day, making shoes while having tea and cookies and chatting about anything and everything. Interesting to hear Lisa’s stories. I was very happy with how my pair of espadrille turns out. Highly recommend Lisa!

Review Body: Actually my second time making espadrilles with Lisa, first time being 6 years ago! Some techniques have changed but still a really enjoyable session where I learned a lot and got to make my shoes with my hands! Lisa was patient, shared a lot of knowledge about shoe making, and even let me make some heel padding as I mentioned that sometimes the rope texture can be uncomfortable for the feet. I love my new shoes even more this time because of the shape and leather colour!

Review Body: You don't need sewing/crafting skills to enjoy this and make a cute pair of shoes! Absolutely enjoyed this experience with Lisa. She was patient, friendly and a total expert in her craft, and made the session super enjoyable! Even those of us with two left hands managed to make something customised and adorable with Lisa's guidance. The materials supplied seem to be of great quality as well and location is a cherry on top. Highly recommended!!

Review Body: Thoroughly enjoyed the experience of stitching my own shoes with Lisa. Lisa is a very humble and sweet host. Along with the hands-on session and undivided attention, she also offered me coffee and a couple of tarts to eat. She is very experienced in her craft and made it feel very simple for me. Recommending to do this experience if you’re visiting/in Singapore. The best part is you get to take home the shoe you stitched.

Review Body: I liked that there were equal parts “from scratch” type experiences but also ample help needed given when asked (as opposed to everything been cookie cutter/made for you). Had a huge satisfaction from completing the sandals and they are so comfy too! Lisa was also a great and patient host, very accommodating. I’d highly recommend!

Review Body: Shoemaking with Lisa is a great way to spend a few hours in the weekend to relax and craft your own footwear. The pace is relaxing and Lisa is most generous in sharing knowledge and tips about shoemaking. There was a lot of room for customisation which makes the experience and final product really unique. Highly recommended!
